The staff was nice and very quick when we needed something like towels or extra coffee The room was clean as was the entire hotel. The location was a plus for me since it was near all the places I needed to know.

The pull out bed was not good. It was a thin mattress; mainly springs. There were no sheets, blankets or extra pillows. The coffee in the room was weak. Mayne provide larger portions or use better coffee

The room set up was nice.

The hallways needed to be swept; people had loud barking dogs throughout the night; only one washer was working; the guest laundry room looked dirty; there were no snacks and drinks to purchase.

Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious. Staff was super friendly and tried hard to make sure we were accommodated. Good location for me because visiting family and was nearby. Plus lots of nearby restaurants.

Rooms weren't really stocked. We had to ask for sheets and blankets for the pull out beds and later had to ask for extra towels for the showers. Also, not enough towels in the swimming pool area.

Everything place was fabulous. From rooms, to staff, to breakfast. Everything was terrific will definitely stay again there. Thank you

The staff was all great and the breakfast was awesome!

The TVs all had different capabilities so it ruined the reason I paid out the butt for a two bedroom. The fireplace was also not working. The pool was small and there was no hot tub as pictured. I was also charged twice, one of them still pending which has messed with my bank account. The oven had huge chunks of stuff in it so when we used it, it created a lot of smoke and I we had to open our door for over an hour.

The hotel was extremely hot and so were the rooms. The rooms didnt have shampoo and the bathrooms were not clean.

Everything. Staff was great, the breakfast grab and go was yummy. Enjoyed the pool with the family. Great for family trip stays or for business.

Very clean and cozy.

There were only 2 wash cloths when we checked in. Couldn’t get clean towels during the entire stay. You have to call and beg them to come clean the room and make the bed. Instead of making bed they just left clean sheets and 2 large dry towels.
