Location, comfortable rooms, lots of choices for breakfast (the hot dishes rotated daily), quiet, friendly staff.

There seemed to be some insects living behind the lighted mirror in the bathroom (203). There would be black specks on the counter. I’d wipe it off in the morning and afternoon but there more specks occurred. I reported it when we checked out.

The breakfast was decent. Liked the jacuzzi and pool. Flavored water in the lobby was a nice touch.

I wanted to pay with two separate credit cards and was told since I make my reservations through a third party (Booking.com) they could not accommodate my request. While I was checking out, I requested to speak with a supervisor, and the request was finally accommodated. I wish this question could have been handled a bit differently during check-in as I felt this left the rest of the experience at a low point after that initial conversation.

from the moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted in a professional and courteous manner, was offered drinks, was asked how I was, asked about my trip, the gentleman at the desk showed genuine curiosity about my travel, and asked all relevant questions to ensure I was taken care of. the elevator was smooth and fast, the room was practically spotless, the shower was amazingly comfortable, the room was cool temperature, the west elm brand couch was extremely comfortable, the tv was modern and easy to use, the bed was comfortable, and the carpet flooring was so nice for our dog to feel cozy. we would stay here any time if we were ever in the area again.

the only thing that could have been better would be if we were granted a first floor room because we had a dog. other than that, no complaints.

Hotel stay was comfy and quiet. Breakfast was delicious, with so many options. Close to near by restaurants which staff helped us with. Value for money.

Everything trip was great staff and customer service was awesome just would like to know why manager said she wasn't going to and then still did it ..manager knows who she is..but the hotel is nice breakfast good .. definitely would recommend staying there then staying at any of the surrounding hotels .especially embassy suites stay away from that hotel.

Manager lieing to me

The manager would charge my card randomly and tell me, my card was declining but I used that card to buy my food, gas, etc. Also they held a 1000$ hold on my card and then tell me that they never authorized a hold for any amount. But showed in my bank statement. I feel that place is just trying to rob their guests and it's sad and disgusting to me. Then told me I had to check out early from my actual check out date and they still charged me for my whole stay. I had to check out a week before my check out date I reserved.

Others were so much more. I was afraid of the accommodations but was very pleasantly surprised.
