Location, close to the convention center.

It was nice having breakfast available but maybe have a different variety daily.

I’m confused because this property called me months after I book saying there was an error and did not honor my reservation. No other explanation

The sofa bed was horrible - we had to ask for bedding - the mattress was lumpy with springs (not acceptable as another sleeping area). The bedroom (suite?) storage was minimal (small closet, drawers were tiny) Bathroom storage was shelves, no drawers. The TV remote needed batteries and there was worn-missing carpet spot near the kitchen area. The bar closed at 10pm when the sign said closes at 11pm. The valet parking was $60 when the booking stated it was $58.

Room big enough. Didn't get room cleaned during stay. Room is big enough but sink was very close to bed not situated well.

Room , Bartender , Breakfast, all EXCELLENT, tall African American Valet chose to be rude an gave a hateful attitude when I was picked up in front , it took less than a minute but he chose to give us a Angry an insulting vibe , TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE SUNDAY MORNING AT 11:15 AM THIS ACCURED HE RUINED THE EXPERIENCE THAT WAS MOSTLY GOOD , TERRIBLE ATTITUDE FOR A HOSPIYALITY JOB

Breakfast was very good and the hours were perfect. The location in the Gaslamp was an added bonus.

Noise in the room from the outside was bad.

-gym which was very clean -comfortable bed -tempered pool -bathtub very clean -good water pressure -4-5 min walk to convention center

The staff was so friendly, the breakfast was yummy, and the beds were comfortable.

The surrounding areas for were very loud at night and early in the morning.

I need it to ask for housekeeping. The hotel parking is very expensive.

the location was great. the kitchenette was perfect. very clean. staff was very professional and friendly

the tv was extremely small, couldn’t even see the tv from the bed and the couch was not position to watch the tv. we had to buy pillows the pillows gave us headaches. bed could have been more comfortable the mattress cover and fitted sheet kept coming off while sleeping. oddly the mattress was bigger that the box spring.
