Decent location and free parking

The individual working the front desk initially refused to help us check in when we said we used Booking.com to reserve our hotel. After calling Booking.com and having them call the hotel for us, it was resolved. Our room was dusty as it was obvious no one had stayed there in a while. There was what appeared to be very large ejaculation stains on the couch and chair. It was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in but given how rude the staff was upon check in, we felt helpless to do anything about it.

I was in room 622. the caulking in the floor tile is gone in places and the tile moves a bit. a small amount of mold on bath tub caulking.

The facility was absolutely disgusting. Our room was THE WORST room we have ever stayed in. There was an odor of smoke and uncleanliness, the walls and surfaces were dirty. Very outdated. We had a man beat on our door at 2 am for an hour and no one at the front desk would answer our calls for help to have him redirected.

The ladies at check in and check out we’re very helpful and polite. The breakfast crew was exceptional. Cleanliness of the food area, politeness of the servers @ chef. Beds were comfortable.

The cleanliness of our room was awful, stool on bathroom door, mirrors were dirty, leftover crumbs & food packaging on floor, lamp shades stained, couch cushions stained. Very small suite for five people. Pool area very small.Outdoor facility was littered, we were there 2 1/2 days and the litter was never picked up on the grounds. We picked up some of the litter.

The room was very spacious, well equipped and very clean.

The thermostat did not control the temperature in the room. The sheet on the bed did not fit well as it kept popping off.

Checking in front desk lady took a call while helping me. Another person came in after me helped by another person out the door before me. Shower was not up to expectations doors were cheap and shower head low pressure

I don’t like the fact I have to call to have my room cleaned. I would ask for my room to be cleaned as I was leaving for the day and when I came back the room wasn’t cleaned. rooms should be cleaned without asking
