The room was really nice. I loved the setup of it. The jacuzzi in the room made it all the much better. It was clean and spacious. I had a group of 4(me and 3 kids) and it was more than enough space. The kids even mentioned how they loved the privacy of it

It was a pretty decent stay. It was decently clean but mold on the picture above whirlpool tub and no ceiling tiles above shower. The room smelled dingy. No pool or hot tub available.

Staff is welcoming but the room seem abandoned with broken items in the bathroom. Walls peeling off.

The stay was not good we ask to have your room cleaned and we left the room and came back at 4 and your room was not cleaned and when we got your room there was dirty wash cloth in the bathroom.

We didnt end up staying at this hotel. When we went to check in we found out that the room was not large enough to sleep six people like Expedia advertised. When we got to the hotel the person at the desk said "I dont know how you are all going to fit in that room", but offered no solution for us. There was not enough room to even have a cot in there. We ended up leaving and finding a room at a different hotel. As we were leaving the person at the desk then offered up a room, but we had already booked at another hotel and opted to leave.

Absolutely disgusting! Had a diaper in our room, door had been broken down before as had the window screen and neither had been fixed, no hot water, long check-in wait time, pool advertised bur not in service, fridge in room promised but none in room.

Not good. Will probably never stay at a baymont again.

Plastic on smoke detector, stained carpet, missing drawer, ripped shower curtain. Real hot shower. Shower curtain did not stop water from bathroom floor, leaky faucet and pool was closed. Each time I left the room the key card did not work. The breakfast option was terrible.

Elevator broken and given a handicap room in the third floor, leaky shower, early breakfast, keys had to be redone 2x a day, but cheap, so I’m good with that

Dirty. I found used condon into the beds. It's nasty. I don't recommend it at all. They charged me the fee cancellation even though I made the claim for lack of cleaning and respect for their guests. I left the hotel as soon I could. It was the worst experience ever in a hotel for me and my family.

We had no towels or toilet paper in our room. No working towel bars and toilet paper holder was broken. Bed was broken on one corner. Front desk almost cancelled our room. He tried calling and I never got the call. He never used the 1 before my number so the call never went through. At 9am for checkout no one was at the front desk. Had to just leave the room cards. Never again

The $ was reasonable and the room was old and the carpet needs to be replaced. Breakfast was very limited and they were out of majority of food. Very disappointing will not recommend

This hotel is a joke. Their hot tub was out of order, and has been for a while according to other reviews. Hot hallways and elevator. Swear word written in the elevator. Smudges and hand prints all over the windows. Toilet was running until we fixed it. Water dripping in the bathtub. 2 towels for 3 people and no one at the front desk/no bell so we had to take towels from the pool. No phone in the room to call the front desk. Complimentary breakfast was a joke and inedible. Rude front desk staff. Just don't stay here.

Floor was wet and saw one bedbug

The experience wasn't terrible. Nobody was at the front desk most of the time. No towels in the pool. Alot of upkeep is needed. Just seemed like a decent motel, short on help.

Our room was filthy. Food in the carpet, garbage wrappers beside the bed, make up smeared on the mirror, hand and finger prints visible, stains on the bedding - looked like the sheets hadn’t been changed, half the lightbulbs were out. No shuttle, far from any amenities or attractions.

Honestly, my favorite part of the three day stay was the dude working the front counter in the evenings. He was helpful, friendly, funny & real.

Hallways were pretty dim

The elevator was broken, there were no towels in the room, there was no soap in the room, the TV was broken, the hot tub was also broken with garbage laying in it. We booked a different hotel for the rest of our stay within 20 minutes of arriving.

The hot tub was broken but we didn’t find this out until after check in. The room was filthy, we found old food in the mini fridge so it definitely wasn’t cleaner in between guest stays. Other than that it was fine the area was good and not sketchy, wouldn’t pay a ton for this place but would consider coming back.

Not great. Hotel property no very clean, garbage in parking lot. Doors to enter hotel other than main doors dont lock. Bathtub had mold growing in the drain, hokes in the wall in the bathroom. Wouldnt stay here again

Lady who checked me and my friend in on Friday night 8/16/24 was super friendly and very nice. We had originally booked a 2 queen bed but we were offered the choice of one king bed for a discount. Since it was just my friend and I we agreed. First impression of the room not great. Bathroom had water damage and had what looked like cigarette burns on the side. Tv had no power cord or remote. We got a power cord but no remote worked for the tv. We had to manually change the channel which no big deal but we couldn’t see what we were watching cause there was no guide . The elevator swere out of order. Thankfully we were on the second floor but can’t imagine how it would have been had we been on the fourth floor or unable to climb the stairs. Hot tub and sauna were also out of order. No big deal for us but it was a decent part of why we booked this hotel. Bed was hard but overall room was clean. The breakfast was suspicious so we skipped it and just went to the gas station across the street. Was it worth $270 for three nights? No. Would we go back? Also no. This is definitely one of those last choice hotels if you can get anything better

The property looked like was being renovated. Elevator broke right before we arrived, but got room on first floor. Lights missing light bulbs, dark room, cobwebs in windows from outside. Dan vents dirty, bathrooms had 1 set of towels and no toilet paper holders. Had one roll of toilet paper just sitting on toilet. Breakfast provided was not good. Barely a good selection. Had 2 cereal chooses all breads/muffins gone, no fruit, no juice, had milk and coffee options. Had pool but bathroom was locked. Was told that someone locked from inside and they did not have a key to open it. Hot tub was broken an and ropes off with dirty water in it. For one night was ok, but would not return.

First given a room that smelled horrible, had no tv, and no phone. We get new room, this one was better but as soon as we looked out window the screen was mangled and you could open it. Elevator didn’t work and we were on 4th floor. Went to go to exercise room but it’s locked and needed a key. Nobody had one to open after waiting 20 minutes I left. Horrible place do don’t stay here.

The elevator was broken, hot tub was broken, bathroom in the pool was locked(they didn’t have a key) hallway carpet was wet from broken ice machine, 1 room didn’t have any towels the other room had 1 towel. One room the security lock was broken, the other room the toilet paper holder was hanging down off the wall. Breakfast was out of bread, no juice or water to drink. Only coffee & milk. They were obviously going through a renovation, but 1 room didn’t even have a room number on it.

Had to go out for breakfast.bathroom tub and floor filthy.door lock kept resetting. I would never recommend this hotel and $100 a night is too expensive for the experience we had. Only didn’t check out because we had our kids and spent all morning to late night out exploring.hot tub also down but kids enjoyed the pool.spend the extra money elsewhere if you have to. That’s my main suggestion.

Breakfast was fresh but very limited. I booked because of the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was closed and drained. The desk clerk said they could not give a refund. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The toilet was leaking water on the floor and their was cigarette burns on the bathtub. The carpet needed cleaning badly. Furniture was ok and the bedding was clean. Pillows were small. It was fairly quiet.
