Very nice, spacious oceanfront rooms.

I called to verify booking status and current renovations/pool accessibility. None of the answers were accurate. Pool was closed and they did not have the room types I reserved. Because the reservation was made through booking.com I had to call customer service to get them to cancel my reservation so that I could book a new one. It took an hour and a half on the phone with both me and the hotel staff and management. Ultimately we were hung up on by a booing.com supervisor. So, I now have to go through a disputed charge with my credit card company because I have paid to stay at the exact same hotel for the exact same dates twice. I will never book through booking.com again, nor will I will be staying at this specific hotel.

The room was very nice. Breakfast was delicious. Location is great. Very nice accommodations.

The parking lot was a little tight for a truck to get through.

The staff at the front desk were amazing and made sure we knew all that we needed to know about our stay. The breakfast was okay and the environment was great and clean.

I didn’t like that we weren’t able to communicate with the housekeepers the way we wanted to because of the language barrier and our room didn’t get cleaned while we were out or anything. They were nice but…

Only one elevator working & the elevator door was VERY shaky like it was coming off. The toilet ack like it didn’t wanna flush.

The staff were exceptional! I felt well taken care of. The location super convenient to beach. The daily breakfast was creative and delicious. The restaurant attached to hotel had an awesome Vibe- great sports, great music &great games! Best Beach VAYCAY ever.

Minor construction issues, but, made up for it with timely communication and hospitality.

LAUNDRY WAS A LITTLE SLOW TO GET TOWELS FROM BUT WE DID EVENTUALLY..THE BATHROOM COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE CLEANER WHEN WE GOT THERE.. THERE WAS HAIR AND DIRT ON THE FLOOR..

No hot water in bath tub ac hardly worked key to room would not open parking garage doors. Room door would not close. I had a service dog with me and ppl at the front desk acted ridiculous when we would get off the elevator. Really disappointing to have so many things wrong for a weekend stay.

Location and the view if course. Refrigerator and microwave in the room and free parking great. Night staff was alot friendlier than the little guy that checked us in.

The hotel is very well located on the edge of the beach. The room was okay. The staff was qualified. Parking is very useful. Morning breakfast is all the rage thanks to the famous waffle machine. The restaurant adjoining the hotel can be useful.

One of the problems I could report is that we had to inform the reception for the cleaning of the room. The bookmark on our bedroom door was not enough. The hotel is located near the beach so if you do not ask for cleaning there is a risk of sand in your room and bed. The shower curtain needs to be replaced as it is outdated and leaks water

It was a nice clean hotel in a good location.

Rooms are renovated and the new shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion smells amazing!

The pool was small and indoors.

The breakfast is what saved it, from being total fail.

My room was literally worn for wear, nothing pristine about, crumbling shower tiles, and a crappy second floor view…really nothing gorgeous about seeing a nasty, trashy roof view before you see the shoreline. The pool has a max occupancy of 11. That should be what is wrote as the description of the pool. The outside pool that is picture belongs to hotel next door. Not sure how it’s surviving as a 3 star hotel, it felt very 2 if that.

The room sizes were great, Had a nice size fridge. Bathrooms were spacious as well. The Balcony's had chairs and a table to use. The bathroom was equipped with towels, hair blow dryer. The room didn't have a bad order either. The hotel had their own parking garage which can be accesses from any floor which made loading and unloading covenant.

We were placed on the 2nd floor. When sitting on the balcony, it smelled like sewer from the vents in front of us. The balcony area had a roof in front of us with many vents and it had a bad smell, colt sit outside.

We were right on the beach and across from all the shops. Could park at hotel and walk to everything.

I didn't like the garage entrance to floors. Once you checked in it feels like the hotel rooms are separate from the main area on 1st floor. Hallways dark and rooms were.older.

Everything was wonderful, from location, breakfast to staff. We sat right in the middle in both directions of everything we wanted to experience. The breakfast was absolutely delightful every single morning. And I truly can't say enough about the front desk staff and housekeeping. From dogging bags to fresh towels, the stay was just perfect. And my puppy Nova was treated like family!

There was nothing in the control of Hampton Inn that I didn't like. No dogs on the beach is a ridiculous rule. If leashed and monitored, what's the issue? That would be my only complaint.

Breakfast was decent and not very crowded, location is great, we did get a recently renovated room, our floor was great.

We had asked for early check-in, but reached there at 4:00pm and our room was not ready. When I asked, the attitude of the manager was like - "no you better wait", I saw 4 other families waiting for their rooms. My room was ready but I didnt receive a notification. We went in there to use the facility and he then called me to give me my room. You are a good brand of hotel so please train your staff. Though our room was renovated the sound of the AC was so loud, I had to turn it off.

The indoor pool was not attractive and would not let my kids swim in it

Loved the amenities and the breakfasts were very good. Liked the available coffee at any time.

Didn't like that you had to request Maid service.
