Very poor customer service at check-in.

Toilet ended up being blocked the whole stay.

The friendly front staff and the comfortable room/beds.

The smell of the third floor was not pleasing. The hallway had strong ammonia scent. Also, the pool was not heated which was a big disappointment for the children.

the lady at the front counter lacked customer service skills. she apologized, but that didn’t change the fact that her customer service skills were bad. she left the front counter to shut down the breakfast without asking anyone if they were finished. I saw that another party had the same complaints.

The room was clean and Large in size! I was surprised. The king bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice.

Everything was great. The free hot breakfast is truly a hot breakfast and exceeded my expectations.

They didn't inform me that you have to request room refresh. So I had to go back downstairs for fresh towels

Modern and comfortable bed!! Nice shower, beautiful bathroom! The breakfast was amazing, there were waffles, eggs, meat and vegetarian options that were phenomenal! very impressed!!!

Hotel is very clean and offers all the services needed for a stay in Napa (i.e. breakfast, gym etc.)

people above us or close by had a small child who was running and crying must of the time and it was very difficult to sleep! also some people let the door close hard and made strong noise!

The amenities were good.. Old but good. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was a peaceful and pleasant stay.

Breakfast had the same menu for all the days we stayed. The dining area was very cramped. The sensor light switches in the room were overly sensitive and would turn on randomly in the middle of the night. (This part has nothing to do with the hotel) The location felt like it was in the middle of nowhere even though it was just about 10 minutes in either direction to Vallejo and Napa. There were many fast food places but couldn't find any good real restaurants.
