The hotel and our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. They recommended local attractions for us to go see and do. The breakfast was great, and had some gluten-free options for me as well. This hotel is in a great location with restaurants and stores really close by. If you don't feel like going to the grocery store, they do have a nice little sundry shop with reasonable prices. It was also an easy check in and out process too.

The only thing I can think of is that only half of the jets in the spa were working.

The parking was very messy… in fact upon leaving, my front tire started leaking bc I had encountered something that punctured it.

The bed was TERRIBLE…. When I initially sat on the edge of the bed I could feel that something wasn’t right and sure enough, there was the proverbial dip in the middle. It was waaaaay too late at night to try finding another hotel but I won’t be recommending this hotel ESPECIALLY bc if the price for a not good bed.

Older and could use a little updating. The drywall in the bathroom was coming apart, and the walls throughout the room were textured drywall, looking tired. Usually rooms are wallpapered, making them look better than drywall, which can get dirty and marked up.

Breakfast was great. Location was perfect. Hotel is very nice and had friendly staff.

Breakfast was typical, which I don’t really like anywhere. It was quiet and staff was friendly.

I was surprised that the front desk couldn’t extend my booking.

Comfy beds. Nice decor. Dove essentials for the bathroom was great. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was amazing.

No pool (only hot tub). Ice machine only on ground floor.
