dated, the unit was not clean, towels from the last stay still in the room along with hair in the tub and sink. the fan in bathroom ran the whole time

I will enumerate because the amount of error was enormous! We stayed for 5 days, we had children in the room, including a 5 years old baby. 1. Even asking several times, nobody ever came to remove the trash that had accumulated for more than 5 days in the bathroom and kitchen. 2. The person who attended the reception was extremely rude and did not know how to give correct information. 3. Water leaked from the ceiling onto the children's suitcases with clothes and the bed (very uncomfortable sofa!). 4. There was a leak in the bathroom of the apartment below ours, an employee entered into our room to fix it while the baby and child were inside the apartment, used some super strong product that left a horrible chemical odor in the room for days. 5. The bed in one of the rooms was under a glass ceiling where at 6 am it was impossible to sleep due to the light that hit the face. 6. Construction noise at 2:30 am. 7. Air humidifier in the rooms did not work, we asked to change it 3 times and 3 of the equipment sent were also broken. 8. The hotel staff did not speak English. 9. Hairdryer doesn't work, or only worked for a few minutes and shut down. 10. The bedroom carpet was filthy and full of blood and wine stains. (Yes!!! Disgusting!) 11. The bed offered is a very poor quality sofa, super thin, where you lie on springs and wake up all sore! 12. The photos on the website are completely different from the rooms we stayed in. In the photos, the rooms seem to be in a separate environment, but what we had was a single environment with a lot of light in which the children could not sleep.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Felt like it hadn't been replaced since the Winter Olympics in Park City.

The lack of transparency. I wouldn’t have booked this place if I knew they were under renovation, the elevator in our building didn’t work, or room wasn’t even in the same building as where we were parked, and checked in.

complicated check in system, ridiculous keypad codes, staff wasn’t connected to the lodge, elevator didn’t work part of the time, outdated, toilets and showers need repair. the shower head leaked and didn’t have an actual stopper to take a bath.

The room was awesome! We had a full kitchen with dishes. The murphy bed was very comfortable. It was a great place for the price and we loved the convenient location! I liked that they called to let us know our room was ready, and answer any questions.

Parking garage could have been better. We were in a truck and it was hard to maneuver around. Parking stalls were small.

The view, the decor, the amenities, the surroundings were all top-notch!

Part of it was under renovations, and the check-in situation was a bit complicated, as a result…but this was easily overcome!

Facility turned out as expected

We are senior citizens and do not own a smartphone and the instructions to check in came to our e-mail after we left for Park City. Subsequently, we arrived at the location expecting a standard check-in desk and couldn't even find the lodge. After wandering around for a period of time, I made an inquiry at a ski-shop and was informed about the location of a Kiosk. The Kiosk asked me for my confirmation number, and I gave it the one I received from Booking. It was the wrong number. I didn't have the correct number until I contacted the help desk. It took me a little while to interpret the contents of the envelope and locate our room. In the meantime, I met several other guests more confused than I was.

The room was cute and quaint. Everything was nicely furnished. It seemed to be fairly clean and was equipped with almost everything we needed. Before checking in, I had some questions and called the office there. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

I traveled with my partner and so we booked a room with a "king" sized bed in order to get comfortable sleep, unfortunately our room was falsely advertised. The only bed in the room wasn't even as big as the queen bed I have at home, my guess is that it was a full. The mattress was relatively comfortable, and if it weren't for us bumping into each other all night, I think we both would have slept well. The AC unit in the room was also broken. Changing the thermostat did nothing, and our room stayed at an uncomfortable 80 degrees for our entire stay. There was a cooling unit in the corner, but it's effects could only be felt when standing within a few feet of it. It was attached to the wall, so we were unable to move it by the bed or kitchen. Luckily there was a ceiling fan, and at full speed it made the heat somewhat bearable. Our room was also incredibly difficult to find, but after around 30 minutes of walking around the vicinity, we arrived there eventually.

We want a partial discount the toilet didn't work. We arrived at 11:30 pm and it was impossible to find. Do not stay here if you do not arrive early. I would never stay again the because of the toilet.

I didn’t like that I had to leave after my girlfriend at the time went crazy so I didn’t get to actually get to enjoy my stay

the room was comfortable and spacious and view was great

had a hard time checking in! no signs to show where to check in! office was closed at 4pm when we were told to be there! Spa and pool area had dirty Towles for days
