The front desk lady made us wait in the lobby for hours before checking us in because she said she couldn’t locate our reservation! I provide all documentation including confirmation email and number and she gave us a hard time! Finally after hours her manager got on phone and had her check us in! I will never return back to this location due to this poor service and way me and my husband was treated!!!

Kitchen poorly equipped , fridge not cooling properly, and ice maker not working, pool not open, some kid made a mess in it, but the staff were fantastic, they got me bagged ice, found me a coffee maker and a frying pan, they were on the ball with anything I needed.

The room exceeded my expectations for a hotel. It was like home away from home. The staff was kind. Housekeeping went above and beyond to find brooms and large trash bags for our room. Great hospitality.
