The management on days shift he was very respectful and professional. He listen and handle our complaints in a timely manner and apologized that his staff didn’t handle the situation appropriately.

Room not clean and I had several charges on my account.

i did not like the fact that the room i was given had not been clean there was used wash rags dried up in the bath tub and a used bar of dial soap i had to ask for another room, and when we woke up in the morning we noticed we had bed bugs so i brought one down to the front desk to show them they said they were sorry and refunded my money back and acted like it was no big deal.

I didn’t like that I call for extra towels , the front desk told me they are washing towels and would bring them to me but no one came. Also they had a lot of mold on the bathroom ceiling. For $262.00 that’s shouldn’t be there . I should have received a discount. To me whoever is running this hotel isn’t about customer satisfaction they are just in the busy for money.

7 days never cleaned room. Took up breakfast half hour early and would not put back after multiple guests asked. Fire alarm went off at 4 am.

The breakfast and the attendant was exceptional. Johnie the manager was professional and accomadating in the service he rendered.

Not much......staff was trying to do their job but I don't think they have much help from management.

The front desk staff was helpful but the room they gave us was not clean....it was a mess. The elevator/hallways/common areas were a mess, needed cleaning, vacuuming. Common area bathrooms locked so no one could use them. We left. It was too gross to want to stay. They offered another room, but we just left. Will never go back to Gulfport or Sleep Inn again. The printer was not working when we checked in so there was no paperwork for me to sign. I had agreed to sign in the morning if they could get it working. The 2-3 people there did not seem to know how to fix it. Another customer was there with issues and the manager was on the phone with them.

our AC was out in the room. I let the desk know the only thing they did was replace the thermostat battery. the AC still didn’t work and they wouldn’t change our room or refund our money so we could go to another hotel.

I had a good night's sleep, nice clean facility, everything in the room worked. It smelled really good. The shower was so awesome. The water felt so soft. I enjoyed how friendly the clerk, Alexis, was. She made our stay very comfortable.

Our key was deactivated somehow, but I am glad that the guy at the desk worked swiftly to resolve the problem. I didn't like that it was a real task getting into the property, because of the way that the road was made.

the only thing I can say, it was clean

hard to get in and out. the shower head looked as though it had been broken and then the shower head was right up against the wall and you had to literally stand up against the wall to take a shower. was suppose to have been handicap but I slipped in the shower because the tub was slippery, even before turning on the water. I had the a/c turned all the way down but it never got under 70, was extremely warm and uncomfortable in the room to where didn’t get any sleep. the a/c even made noises. we stay at this hotel every time we go to MS and this was the worse experience we have had there.

The staff was wonderful. Everyone was so nice and helpful.
