My bathroom had one light the other one wasn’t there . The mirror was dirty & they had no towels or washcloths

Unfinished bathroom walls. Nervous front desk person.

Room was dirty and wall was falling down in the room. Worst of all was the AC didn’t work at all so the room was humid and musty. No pool or breakfast and the wi-fi doesn’t work/bad service. Staff is unprofessional and rude. Lobby and hallway smelled.

I liked how the location was close to everything I needed.

I didn't like that there were no ice makers on either 2nd and 3rd floor, and the one on the 1st floor was out of order.

When I arrived I was charged an extra $68 at the facility for having 4 guests total in room that had 2 queen beds, the staff informed me that I HAD to pay cash for the extra guests after they charged me $100 refundable security deposit on my debit card. They told me that I only booked a room for 2 adults on booking.com. After handing the man $70 and not receiving any change back I proceeded to go to my room with my husband as it has been a long night for us. As we were on our way to the room she was watching and following us through the hotel. Immediately walking into the room it seemed as if someone had urinated all over the room and mold was growing in the walkway and in front of the beds (pictures shown below), the room air was very wet and horrid smelling. I then proceeded to go find my mother who was also staying with me, and we both went to the room assigned to us and told them of the situation in our room. The woman at the front desk asked me to take her up there and show her what was going on, upon that she tried her key card 4 times and couldn't get herself in the room. While on our way up there, with my father she asked my dad if he smoked weed ( which he does not ) When walking with her, my father and myself into the room she proceeded to tell me that it was dry on the floor after taking off her shoes and swiping her feet over it. While heading down to the front desk she asked to see what was in water bottle I was holding and I told her it was water and ice in my cup. She them accused me of spilling milk on the molding carpet that she had just told me less than 2 minutes ago was dry. I then asked for a refund of the money I had given in the time of being in the hotel and explained that there was an absolute horrible stench and it was unsafe to sleep in the room. Never offered an accomodation.

Location was fine

The ice machine didn’t work, neither did the hair dryer, coffee machine and tv. The pool and fitness room was out of order.

Clean

Dated and certain wallpaper areas worn, torn, and in disrepair.

The lady is a lier: she claimed she was overbooked and I was on a waiting list but when the police came she changed her story

She was talking nasty and doing underhanded stuff

Rude

No hot water didn't work

Did not eat their, paid for the room and letf, building not brite at all

The staff is very rude. They walked into our room around 10am without knocking. They also lied about not having late checkout. I stayed here before and have gotten late checkout before. In addition to walking in our room unannounced, well before checkout time, they had cleaning people knocking on our door for the rest of the morning up until checkout time in which management and cleaning staff rushed us out. I would NEVER stay the again.

Manager extremely rude, stern voice, very unpleasant" Keep your dog out of lobby". No name badge, in sweat pants sitting in lobby socializing with friend. Had to go to lobby to get new key. (Old keys) Not on duty during afternoon, got locked out of my room. Threatened me with physical violence when she denied not being on duty. She raised her voice and said I raised my voice. She said, go ahead call the police and I will have you thrown out. Next day she was spiteful, again. "keep dog out of lobby" when she knew it was me down the hall, he snickered afterward like it was a joke. Reused old doors keys left on counter, appeared greasey and dirty. Toilet had several rings in boll. Curtains covered ac unit vent. Back door not secure with door key during the day. Parking lot not maintained. I have never been treated so badly at a hotel in my entire life. General staff very, very polite.

My husband and I lost our home to a fire and we were finding the cheapest rates on hotels we stayed at the Red Roof Inn and we noticed at our first day our door wouldn't lock from the outside and I brought this to front desk attention only to be looked at like I was crazy the issue was never resolved while we were there then we went to another motel after the stay at that Motel we reserved Red Roof Inn again as I said we were looking for the cheapest rates we stayed one night and I tried to read book went to the front desk to pay and Sarah said I cannot let you stay here again I asked why she said because we have other people booking and we don't have much cleaning staff to get all the rooms cleaned and we were at breakfast and I went to the front desk and Sarah asked me if our room locked this time I said yes the reason she asked was because I wrote a review from our last day then when we found out that we couldn't book there another night because of the reason she gave I asked her I said with this perhaps be because of the review I wrote and she said well the review you wrote why are you even staying here again and she kind of argued with me long story short Sarah has very poor customer service I found her to be not friendly at all and long story short we will never stay there again

The customer service from the front desk was terrible the breakfast wasn't the greatest they could have offered more

Hotel manager and staff are pycgo and very sensitive to things they here around them

Pet friendly was a big reason for this location The sheets and bedding towels were clean and these was the main reasons for a motel that we required in the area.

The amenities were lacking. Pool closed according to past messages more than a year. Exercise room closed also. Had to plug in the light for the mirror in the bathroom wasn't on a switch looked like a Jury rigged setup below a nonworking light. But the bathroom was clean.
