Location was good

Front desk clerk was rude and made my trip unpleasant. There are bed bugs in the room. Lamps did not work, no fresh towels available. Microwave was broken. The property was generally dirty.

The TV didn't work right the clerk at the desk was ignorant we,ll never stay there again!

They have NONE,No washer dryer it’s broken garage pulled upstairs all trash and lobby is always locked,shabby towels even have holes in them ,floors dirty manager has a rude and obnoxious attitude charges a cash only key deposit not posted,garbage all over outside areas NO refunds at all l wouldn’t refer this place to anyone!!!!!!!! I should get a FULL Refund!!!!!!!!!!STAY AWAY

The room that we stayed in was the worse ever. In all of my travels, I've never stayed in a hotel room as nasty and dirty as this one. Initially, the lights were not working properly; the bathroom was a total disaster; the room telephone was filthy and dirty; and the bed spread was dirty. The room was a total disaster!!

I liked getting out of there. I'd prepaid for two(2) days. Then spent that first day finding suitable lodging elsewhere. Day 2 payment my gift, I'm gone.

Front Desk seats a man that lacks customer care. Small brown insects crawling about the walls. Bath sink drains slowly, water backs up. Refrigerator froze all my beverages. Best place ever. NOT!

I liked that it was close to the casino where I was going for a concert

Television had one working station. Pillows were barely pillows...very small and flat. Bathroom sink took a long time to drain. Person working in office was not very friendly

it smelt musty and I found a huge spider crawling on my bed. when I asked for a different set of sheets I was told I had to wait until the morning because room service only comes in the morning.

The beds were broken and stained, the pillows where flatter than flat. They gave us 2 towels for 4 people. Thier was suppose to be free wifi breakfast and a DVD player in room thier was none. One light was broken. Wasn't enough outlets to run anything. The tv was old big and broken. And when u address any of these issues with staff they blow u off or rude and inconsiderate. It was so bad we paid for the night and left and paid for another hotel viz he wouldn't give our money back. Stay far away from this place.
