Expensive! Very small room. We had 2 full bed and barely enough space to move around. The bathroom had a strong urine smell, since it was late at night and my family just wanted to rest, I cleaned it up the best I can with antibacterial wipes we had and asked the front desk in the morning to have housekeeping check/clean it. The bathroom was the same as we left it in the morning when we came back at night after exploring Yellowstone.

Kind staff, the lady was very nice and helpful (has provided hairdryer and cleaned the dryer lint filter too). Comfortable beds. By car, the motel is close to the downtown. The accommodation has a great laundry service. Parking is easy and free (large parking lot).

The room doesn't have an outlet with USB charging ports (there is an USB charging port only on the TV), just the regular wall outlets. It wasn't a big problem, just a note.

I like the location. Close to grocery store and Target. We brought bikes and it was a quick ride downtown.

The staff was great. When the lock mechanism failed to let us into our room two nights in a row, they dropped everything to help us gain access to our room. They were kind and apologetic. We booked the motel for four nights, and they rightfully refunded us for one night. This was the third time we stayed at this motel: 2/2020, 2/2021, and 3/2023. It's always been the least expensive option near Jackson, and up until this last visit, it was previously a great value, clean, and comfortable.

1. The lock mechanism failed on night one and with no way for us or the office to gain access. The owner/general manager did drop everything on a Friday night, rebooted the system, and we had access to our room in about an hour. 2. Night two, the same thing happened, but this time, we were wet from hanging out with our friends in their hot tub (at a different motel) after a long day of skiing. We ran back to our room to shower and change so we could meet them for dinner in about 1.5 hours. This time, the system could not be rebooted, and the manager sat on the phone with the key system company for about an hour. They gave us another room to sit and wait in. Finally, about an hour and a half later, they got the door open. We still had to move all our ski gear, clothes, etc. to the new room, and change very quickly (with no shower) to meet our friends for dinner. We were 30 min late to dinner. 3. The next day, we saw a woman fighting with the lock, and it wouldn't open for the SAME ROOM!!! They immediately placed another person in that room, knowing the lock was broken! That was the final straw. 4. In each room, there was dirt/blood/feces (honestly I have no idea what it was) on the door way to the bathroom, wall of the bathroom, and in the 2nd room, it was on the toilet as well. Thankfully, I had sanitizing wipes to clean it up. 5. Bed was ok, but glad I brought my own pillow. 6. The room was either really hot or really cold. 7. It was difficult to get onto the main road from the hotel parking lot anytime between 7am-9am and 3pm-6pm. I'm assuming rush hour... We've started here before a couple of years ago, and it was a great run for the price, comfortable, and clean. We will never stay here again.

beds were extremely uncomfortable! room was either to hot or to cold heat at 65 never above and sometimes it would feel 80 turn down to 63 to hot come back from hill heat at 65 and was perfect

the website said check in age was 18 but it was 21, they gave us 2 towels, which was fine but they wouldn’t bring more to us we had to walk down to them and we were in the other side of the property

Clean, budget friendly

The website said pet friendly, and even though I showed them the website and where it said it. I did not stay there. For $40.00 more I stayed at the Cowboy Village and had a private cabin (book online, it is cheaper).
