I liked that it was across the street from world of fun and the waffle house. Very quiet and calm area.

Pillows - may as well sleep on your arm. Bathroom tub had hair in it, the floor wasn't vacuumed, table wasn't wipee and so it made me not even trust the room cleanliness. We stayed for three days and the housekeeper did not freshen our room at all, the entire time we stayed there. All that was done was fresh trash bags and new towels. Tub was not cleaned, floor wasn't wiped, toilet wasn't cleaned, still no vacuum. Checking in, the lady was a bit more on the rude side. I have so much more to say but I'm just going to say to save your money. And please do not post under this review saying y'all are sorry. We know. Now fix it. Your housekeeper knows they never came to our room and actually freshened up. I even tried calling the front desk. Phone didn't even work. I had to walk up there and let them know. Even still it seemed like they didn't care. I stayed in Room 117. It says no smoking but there are smokers holes in the bed comforter. So much more to say but....Yea...make a better choice guys.

Booked last minute as I was passing through and just needed a place to sleep before continuing on. Staff was friendly. The room was not fancy, and you could tell there were repairs in progress, but it was clean and served the purpose.

Breakfast was yogurt and a banana. I believe they also had waffles, but that's not my jam.

Check in was smooth. Accommodations were what we asked for. This is a perfect place for us when we are traveling through.

Even as a guest there was not a bathroom available at check in. The place is really run down and needs many updates. The door in our bathroom was all bowed out and coming apart and did not close properly. It was very noisy. The carpets in the hallways were very stained and dirty looking. I feel like you are paying for location and the rest of it could be much improved.

It was obvious improvements are being made. My room was clean except when I moved a floor lamp, I found mold where it had been damp and the area had not been cleaned. Towels were clean. Refrigerator and microwave clean. Surprised by nice reclining chair. Room was very quiet. Little noise from outside.

The tv was attached to wall and hard to see from the side while I was working at the desk.

I previously stayed here about 5 years ago with a whirlpool suite and had a great time, but this weekend was nothing like that experience and is extremely disappointing.

I stayed 1 night and next morning I’m covered in 40-50 bites! Our plans did not involve any activities outside where bugs would have bit us outside prior. We went to bed with ZERO bites. Unfortunately the next morning after wearing shorts and a tank to bed, I’m covered in red welts everywhere from my feet to my neck!!! Never coming back!!!

The very first night that I arrived one of the staff on duty was so rude when I asked a question.

No elevator rooms are very outdated, old carpet old chair old bedding

The room was nice and the staff were nice as well

My room may have been nice, however in my room the fridge always rocked cause the entertainment system was broken. Also the bathroom made a really long and annoying sound when my room and the room next door flushed.

our room needed a dehumidifier or something because it was very humid and our shoes were damp in the morning
