All the rooms where ocean front and we will be staying with this company from now on when we work out of town had very good service with this property and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Location is perfect

I liked that the rooms on the ground floor have access to a veranda with their own sun loungers and umbrella. nice pool area and great clean big beach.

The hotel is undergoing renovations, in general it is a standard old hotel like many, this quality is not worth the money. old noisy air conditioners, old doors and windows... there is no renovation in public areas, everything is very old. When checking in, I was charged for parking, although I said that I didn’t have a car, I also had breakfast paid for in my reservation, but they didn’t give me any information about it. this is unpleasant or it is unprofessional staff or they did it deliberately. A very unpleasant impression was left by the waiter at breakfast, a man with long hair, who was so dissatisfied with his facial expression that it was unpleasant to come to breakfast, it’s good that he didn’t work every day.

tables in the room were not balanced, spilled coffee twice. Mattress was old and you rolled to the middle of the bed. sliding door was very hard to open and shut. Floors were sandy. Had to make a request twice to have the outside trash can emptied as there was a possum. Trying to get in the trash can. The pool bathroom flooded..

Die Lage ist sehr schön, direkt am Strand. Vom Balkon aus können Raketenstart‘s beobachtet werden.. Gutes Frühstück. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Parkplätze beim Hotel.

Es gibt eigentlich nichts auszusetzen, einzig die Bemerkung dass ein striktes Rauchverbot im Haus und Balkon gilt.

Sea view was great, room was excellent.

The refurbishments made the hotel's bar and pool area poor. overall staff were good however although the room was cleaned well we had to keep asking for towels, tea, coffee cups etc as they weren't replenished.

The location was beautiful and convenient. The staff was pleasant.

The location is fantastic! The staff here was incredible. From check in to house keeping, the bar tender outside and the cabana boy. The other families were all great too. The kids had a blast in the pool and on the beach. At night my girls got to watch baby turtles make their way to the ocean and run around catching crabs.

Nothing I didn’t like per se….. Typically when I travel it’s nice to have a complimentary breakfast buffet included and 24hr coffee available.

The setup of the room how the balcony sat off the bedroom, the bathroom had 2 issues - shower door didn't stay shut and toilet was not even connected to the floor. Construction workers hanging outside and hotel had a lot of construction going on that they don't post on the website before you checkin.

The hallways on the floors where the elevator exists are we’re so hot

The staff was so helpful. They did accepted my request the way i wanted. The service was so fast.
