It's across the street from Dave and Busters that is all.

When you walk in the front lobby your punched in the nose with a odor that every one seems to ignore. The water in the bathroom smells awful. They seem to have an issue with towels. They offer the cheap little thin towels that get soaked off you dry a car window. Housekeeping leaves much to be desired. I requested full service and I got new sheets. No cleaning of any kind no sweeping dusting or anything. I do believe i paid more than this place is worth. This is a one time stay for me. I have some other issues also but don't see the point. I'll just not return. Don't get your hopes up about the breakfast. It's mediocre at best. I've stayed in cheaper places that pay more attention to detail...and for the record this has nothing to do with their renovation or construction. This is facility and personnel. I would love to be a secret shopper here. You'd fail.

The customer service was great. Always greeted when I came and left.

The sheets had a rough spot on them. The towels felt like sand paper. There was a dirty hand towel left from previous people still hanging on the shower rod. The power went out about 3.

The bathroom needs upgrading, the room could have been cleaner, and the electrical issue with the breaker going out every day management did not have any consideration. They're renovating, but still.

The room was nice and clean. The staff replenished towels, cleaned the bathroom, and made the beds every day. The beds were soooo comfortable. We got the best sleep. Also, this hotel being right off of the highway made it easy to jump on and off and get everywhere we wanted to go quickly without having to deal with too much traffic. There's a Dave and Busters right across the street. So that was an added bonus to not have to go far for a late night snack and entertainment. The price for this room was super affordable, too. Well worth it!

The pool was closed. That's the only negative

We had an room for two night‘s. The room was very dirty, the bed (mattress + comfort cover) and the towels were full of stains and very dirty. We complained about this, but they can‘t offer us any other room, because no one was available. The only offer was, that we can check out (at 4:30am at our first night) and they will refund our money for the whole stay. The rest of the night we stayed in the car at the parking lot. Now, several weeks later, we didn’t get our money back or received any massage from the hotel. I tried to contact the hotel several times on booking.com, via telephone and also through the best western customer service, but either I have not reached anyone or never received an answer in this case. For me that is very sad for a company like best western and I will never visit any other hotel in the future and I would also warn other customers no to stay in this hotel.

Easy to find. Check in line was a little long but the front desk associate was quick and handled it well. Room was spacious and very clean. Great stay.

everything is very old: furniture, renovation, bathroom, etc, even the blanket had a hole in it breakfast was very poor. The price for the room is too high. I won't stop there again.

The bathtub was slippery . Door knob message for Do Not disturb should be available for every door.

Didn't have hardly any water pressure. Room was clean but no bathroom stuff like shampoo conditioner soap had 1 bar for the sink. Bathroom door wouldn't stay closed and beds need to be updated. No breakfast
