The young lady at the front desk checked in, she was exceptional. The days shift lady on saturday was rude and short.

The fact that the day shift on saturday was not helpful and told me to go find the cart and get my own towels. The room cupboards were all dirty with juice and coffee that did not get wiped. I cleaned it. The room had no shampoo and the conditioner was empty. 1 bar of soap near the sink and nothing for bathing. The best front desk lady helped (she worked friday, saturday, sunday and monday. nights and days at the end) sorry I wish I knew her name she is an asset.

They charge a fee for parking $8 unheard of . And they charge a $50 deposit that is unmentioned on any site

big, old school bathtub is the best thing about the room. big bathroom. big room. big bed. room already cooled off on a hot day.

stunned we had to pay $8- to park a second car. felt "nickled and dimed". two employed people fleeing a plumbing situation at home had to bring their cars to be at work the next morning. a second vehicle with two guests is not an extraordinary thing.

It was in the process of being remodeled. So everything in our room was new. Odd, there were cameras everywhere, weird sense of security.

Was dirty all around, parked next to a used condom on the ground. Trash everywhere, but also, was in process of being remodeled, so had to keep that in mind.

The room was fairly nice, and free parking and locations were great.

I was unable to access the internet and despite numerous, unanswered calls to the front desk, received no help

We had to change rooms twice due to cut cable first room. Shower didn’t work in second room. Electrical didn’t work for coffee maker. Pool was broken.

Lexi at the front desk is amazing! I spoke with her on the phone and she was incredibly accomadating.

When my husband went to check in there was a note "out to lunch, back in 45 min"... no back up assistance? then took forever to check in , huge lines and keys didn't work! Room was not clean, my husband had to clean bath tub before my daughter would shower.
