Pretty clean rooms, jacuzzi, swimming pool.

AC did not work, got our room changed the second day though. Unfortunately the second day we got room with old bed, it was pretty uncomfortable. The breakfast was terrible, there was nothing, just a toast bread and jam, plus yoghurt.

Size of the suites. Friendly staff. The manager was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. He is excellent at his job.

Pretty on the outside, but not so much on the insight. I was given a room with a broken lock. Although the place was almost empty, I was made to stay in the room and always ask the receptionist to open the room for me. TV did not work, toilet almost exploded when flushed etc...

Hotel in the garden, a lot of flowers. Terraces near each room. Quiet air conditioning. Comfortable beds, we slept well. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Jackson

The television and cable was awful, next to no channels, the channels that were available were not in English.

Comfortable beds. Highway was audible but not too loud for sleeping. 24-hour desk for late check-in. Room 112 was at the back of the property and had a little private seating area outside. Very clean.

Room 112 did not have AC but it was late May so Fresno weather wasn’t too hot yet. Ceiling fan was loud. Breakfast was poor: - waffle maker, yogurt, white bread for toast, sausage patties, cereal - no eggs, coffee was terrible, tea and cocoa but no hot water, no fruit The property had several wifi routers and none of them were available in this room.

The room was spacious, had orange trees growing all around the rooms, had a nice small patio, walking distance to shops/restaurants. The guy at the front desk was super friendly!

The TV didn't have a lot of channels and the temperature of the water for the shower was scalding hot.

Breakfast was poor. Surprising since reviews raved about breakfasts. Only thing offered was a waffle. No eggs. No sausages, etc. Sour milk

Attitude of the owners was deplorable. There was no heat. Shower was cold. For a beautiful facility, these 'new owners," will ruin this lovely spot. The grounds were lovely. We will put this bad review on the media. What a disappointment. We were the ONLY car in the parking lot. Perhaps 3 when we left in the morning

Hotel is really clean and well maintained. The numerous fruit trees were a delight.

Breakfast ends at 9am, so if you want to sleep in, too bad. There is some highway noise due to proximity to 99.

Everything was great, loved the patio out front. The help very friendly.

The room I was in was fantastic and the breakfast was top notch continental breakfast. The person I think was the owner even offered to make my waffle for me. Best part? The fruit was all from the trees on the property! Delicious little sausages and OJ

The TV channels were less than ideal. I think it was a digital antenna. The Wifi was great though, so it hardly mattered- I watched on my laptop. The outlets were worn out and need to be replaced, my cords dropped out of most of them. I don't have any other complaints, and those were just to fill out this box. It was a great stay.

The welcome from this cheerful, warm owner sets the mood. The surrounding of abundant citrus trees, rose garden, pool area , spacious and comfortable room, excellent full breakfac=st with fresh squeezed orange juise, fresh sliced fruit, eggs, sausage and potatoes , waffles etc etc etc,
