It was clean and decent breakfast

One person on the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. We have some problems with the rooms and it answered us very rudely. For example, in our room there weren't any coffee pods and we asked her to have them, the answer was that it was not her job. We didn't get any coffee pods. There is a lot of traffic and the windows are not so good, we heart a lot of noise during the night. Moreover, the fridge is missing and one can just get from the tap warm or hot water, it is impossible to get cold water in hot weather (it was 43 Celsius degrees)

I felt the room could of been for a double queen beds bigger from the pictures we saw. But still very comfortable and clean..

I think a refrigerator and Microwave should be in Most rooms. And the cost should be reasonable. My stay on July 17th the 18th cost me a meal for my family. It spoiled.

That a few weeks before I made the reservation, I asked if there was a refrigerator and Microwave in the rooms. I was told yes. But I was never told that there was an extra charge.

Location, good value for money. Relatively clean. room was spacious.

Room was old with outdated furniture. Window didn't close properly, therefore it was loud. Breakfast was not very good. Bathroom outdated.

The hotel didn’t provide the room it listed on booking. They told us that on ADA room is available which didn’t have a bathroom door. They told us that we have to pay extra to get the room we reserved.
