Room, efficient clerk

Gel and shampoo pumps should not be under the shower head.

The desk clerk was very nice and tried to accommodate us when we heard the pool was closed and they got rid of the hot tub. Those were the 2 amenities that had us come back every year. I think they need to invest in putting in a new hot tub to compete with other hotels around.

Carpets were very dusty dirty looking along baseboards and corners in hallway and rooms

There was a problem with my Booking.com reservation. Tracy at the front desk was wonderful!!! She told me what to do and held our room until we could get the problem solved. She was also helping another customer with a problem when I got there, but still was a very positive, friendly person throughout both problems. We needed extra linens and they came promptly. Room nice and clean. Breakfast very good.

Very quiet, very clean and very friendly staff. We stayed there with a 3-month-old baby on the way home, and we rested really well. The elevators are huge, so we had no issues navigating with a stroller. The bed was super comfortable, and the hotel overall is clean and well maintained.

The only issue was that a/c was blowing directly to the bed with no possibility to adjust it. We set the stroller on the way, and it redirected the flow.

Breakfast was good, nice variety

The room needs a makeover. The sofa was pretty shabby. There was no water in the room. I had to pay $4 at the desk for it. Breakfast was OK. Coffee was eh.

Failed to honor the rate quoted by Booking. Quote was $117 per night. Actual was $153 first night and $212 second, plus traxes and fees adding up to $365 for the two nights.

It's the second time I stay in this hotel coming from Italy (first time in 2019) with my Family, this time only with my youngest son. Very helpful and kind staff. Upon arrival we were greeted with cookies and water. Good breakfast and sufficient variety of choice between sweet and savory (delicious the "Western Style Omelets", I attach photos)

The heating fan coil was very noisy and at night it was necessary to turn it off due to the noise it made and which did not make me sleep. in 2019 I had a much better experience in this hotel from this point of view, probably this time I was unlucky and got one of the worst rooms available. the ceiling also had a large spot, like a touch up / paint patch, obviously bringing out an old paint job. Waking up at night due to the fan coil, there was however one positive thing, that of being able to admire a sunrise with beautiful colors from the window of the room, I attach photos

Room was clean.

Room only had one trashcan which was in the bathroom only. Frustrating when your sharing a room with 5 people. Pool was dirty. The water was really cloudy. Morning breakfast was good but tables were dirty. I couldn't find staff so I could clean the tables off before sitting down to get. Both mornings of our stay.

The lady at the front desk had EXCELLENT people skills! My daughter’s heater was broken in her room and they came and fixed it promptly!

Pool water was GREEN, tile around pool had a literal dirt ring but it was warm as bath water. Hot tub broken and drained. Hallways were freezing! They were colder than outside!

Check in was super easy and our stay was very comfortable. The location was close to a lot of things. Perfect area to relax and unwind.

The hot tub was out of order and our shower head made a loud squealing noise. Breakfast was very average.

Every time I come to Jersey I stay at this hotel only because it’s the nicest and closest to my family that lives in the area. Always clean and everyone is always professional.

There really isn’t anything that I don’t like about this property.
