They questioned our service dogs credentials and he had to sleep out in the car because they are not animal friendly. I have never been questioned like this and I’m pretty sure it’s illegal.

Always enjoy our stays at Quality Inn. They recently just renovated, so rooms are nice and clean. Kids love the pool. Location is ideal for shopping, eating, and the ocean.
Will continue to stay there!

For one night was not so bad only that they do hold $100 feed deposit its returnable if there is no damages on the room or anything missing but they should give you a heads ups about it at the time making the reservation on line but other than that everything was good

wasn't sure what to expect but was a very pleasant stay - everything was clean, only suggestion would be to add an exhaust fan in the bathroom - overall great property and the staff was super friendly and helpful

Place was clean. But the building is run down. The air conditioning unit in the room looked 50 years old. The heater (?) in the bathroom had rust on it. I saw a hole in the building as I walked down the stairs.
But the front desk person Judy was lovely and efficient. And the room was clean. Bed comfortable.

The worst experience. People smoking throughout the property. Garbage everywhere. When asked to change our room we were told there were no other rooms available. The room had mold in the ceiling, a filthy iron board. There was a power outage during the night which made the room unbearable. Thankfully this was just an overnight stay. I would never visit this hotel again

The rooms were wonderful and very clean. The people in the lobby were excellent. The breakfast was great. The only problem was that our deadbolt did not work and some of the neighbors were partying. I was a little concerned but nothing happened.

Room was clean in a dirty environment could hear the people next door and they weren't even loud and someone tried to open my door in the middle of the night.

My first thought as I book a room is price the price was not as good as it's been before the room although tidy did have a few cockroaches that I haven't seen on my previous trips maybe it's time to spray and my TV didn't want to work but the front desk lady was nice enough to come and fix it for me. They are on top of helping the customer and very nice and I still would return and stay here again

Hotel key did not work twice at 2 am on coldest night. Had go office twice and still unable to fix it. No discount given but charged $15 fir one towel with stain.

Decent room. Chairs have stains but beds are clean and comfortable. Water is hot clean bathroom. Prices across the board of a room anywhere is a bit high. No exceptions here.

Large room with basic but comfortable furnishings. I always have trouble sleeping when traveling but slept great all three nights. The staff is the best - super helpful and friendly. I will be staying there again in the future. Just the best choice!

I wish I would’ve asked the lady in the front desk her name but she was wonderful the entire stay! My daughter left her iPad at the hotel and that same lady saved my daughter because in that tablet was the pictures of her and her dad who had passed away.
I’m thankful for that lady!!!

Clean, comfortable and centrally located property. Staff was great and the comp breakfast was nice to have. Millville isnt the safest city to be in, but if i have to stay anywhere within the city - Quality Inn is my first choice.

Everything was fine but I don't like that I had to make a deposit of $100. Plus pay for my room. I 🤔 I just had to pay for my room

I have been staying in hotels all week on vacation and this has to be one of the nicest hotels the hotel had a pleasant smell as you opened the door to your room. It was a big room and modern. you walked into the bathroom shower and they had a shampoo and conditioner dispenser hanging up in the shower for you to use.

The room that I was giving smelled like cat pee but then the front desk lady changed my room very quickly she was very sweet kind and nice she even helped calm me down of a personal situation I had she let me vent to her which at that moment meant more than anything in the world I wish I knew her name but she's a little older lady and she's awesome I just got to let you guys know that she definitely deserves a raise because she went above and beyond

There was some kind of festival celebration going on in the parking lot. The noise from the activities (people, motorcycles, band, sound system) made it impossible for our professional driver to get adequate rest during the day. He drives at night and sleeps during the day in order to be safe and legal. He was forced the hotel to seek rest elsewhere. I did NOT get our money's worth at all.
