Everything it was clean and the staff is very friendly

The beds were the only thing. They are very hard and the pull out you could feel every spring and bar in the mattress

Everyone I encountered was friendly and willingly helpful. Everything was fresh- the hallways, the room, the dining area. Litterally no noise from other guests, which means my 9lb guard dog slept GREAT- we all rested well. Breakfast was hot and constantly refreshed.

We ran out of towels in the pool area. Minor issue that was taken care of.

For the fees charged for my pet I expected better accommodations. There is really no grassy areas. Maybe investing in a small gated area were it's not filled with geese poop...it would be truly appreciated and feel like its worth the money..

The staff was very friendly and accommodating when I checked in. The staff was both attentive and understanding when I explained my grievances, and asked to check out early. The common areas seemed clean enough.

The bed may as well have been a stone slab. It was so hard my hips ached the next morning. Too much light gets through the curtains, and the parking lot is so highly illuminated it seemed like it was daylight that was shining through. I could hear elevator music from just outside the door nonstop (clearly enough to understand lyrics, not just a dull roar), as well as neighbors talking at normal volume, and staff cleaning of the room above me in the early morning. Found a brown recluse spider on the window curtains.

Great location with access to local restaurants and a short drive to the lake - excellent large suites comfy bed and pillows and TV in bedroom and lounge - hot breakfast included in price was very good

The morning breakfast had some good hot and cold options, usually with at least one hot vegetarian option. The size and layout of the room was comfortable enough to stay for a week or two. There were plenty of outlets in the room, and also in the breakfast area downstairs, so it was well designed for remote working. Coffee available all day and good wifi. Super friendly front desk staff, they lent us some supplies for gift packing since we were staying over Christmas.

Somehow it was difficult to arrange a cleaning by housekeeping. It was supposed to happen once or twice in our multi-week stay, but we didn't end up having one despite a few requests to the front desk. It seems there was some missed communication between front desk and housekeeping.

The rooms were big. Lots of parking and the amenities looked good online but don't be fooled. The place was dirty and staff clearly don't know about good customer service.

Choose this hotel for the pool and late check out. My mistake. When we went down to the pool there was a large group there before us. The pool area was so disgusting that we asked the front desk to take a look. They came and said don't worry we will clean it up. We got in the pool thinking someone would come to clean up the empty cans, water balloons and sopping towels, and safety equipment thrown all over but no other staff came. They did have time to come to tell us that they were closing the pool at 8:30 pm. Wouldn't have stayed here if that was the case. We had been in the water for 5 minutes at this point. After a disgusting swim, we returned to our room to put the kids to bed. The pull-out of the suite was stained and gross. No bedding was in the room for this pull-out. I called the front desk and was told to come down and get the bedding. I was all ready for bed at this point and annoyed that I had to go and find bedding when they knew the number of people in the room and that this bed would be used. After finally getting everything in the room sorted and all the kids to bed. I laid down to sleep and heard a beeping noise. I searched high and low for this sound and could not figure out where it was coming from. I put on earplugs and went to sleep as I could not be bothered again to call the front desk to have someone come down and wake my kids at 11:30 pm. I promptly awoke at 1:30 am to loud music and banging from above us. In the morning at breakfast, I had asked for hot chocolate as its a treat for my kids on vacation. The kitchen staff told me that they hide it because if they put it out people steal it. When I asked for 5 she said what for - the 5 kids I had with me from the two rooms that we stayed in? Upon checkout, I asked the front desk staff if there was anything that could be done due to the horrible experience I had and the answer was I should have called the front desk. Thanks for an appalling stay we won't be back.

the only problem I had was the coffee machine in the room leaked water everywhere. I had to clean it up and go down for coffee, but not that big of a deal

The Hospitality was exceptional, when u walk in , you felt the very Welcomed. The front desk staff was Amazing, the breakfast committee was on point! I Love the room and everything!
