The bathroom facilities was not clean properly and the chair in the room was dirty with spots not also to mention the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling by the wires

The guy at the front desk I had told him I had paid n gave me attitude saying that if I had paid he would of not be charging me I showed him my bank account so he can sre I eas charged But he didnt listen I was charged twice plus deposit Lucky next day a nice lady piked up my call n helped me kindly n got my money refunded

Our non-smoking room reeked of smoke and we found a pair of socks left in the room.

the Greece location was perfect for me because my house is in grease it caught on fire however I am now in Henrietta in The facilities here are terrible they do not have any amenities as far as plates silverware hot pads there’s so many things missing here that they had to bring Greece no wonder everybody wants to go to Greece instead of Henrietta this place is very short even the breakfast there was two muffins and coffee with just vanilla cream I am just want regular cream other than that and the price was much better here because they are you guys gave me a great discount and I appreciate that a lot but I’d much rather be in Greece but I guess I’m stuck here for the month they already paid for it

The property was set in a nice location with ponds around it very pretty they kept it very clean and I had no complaint about the property I like the location

I booked this kitchenette studio with two double beds for the family. Hotel was overbooked, the accommodated by offering two single kitchenettes for the same price, a win.

The room was clean, had a two burner electric stove, refrigerator, and no dishes, flatware, cookware, coffee maker, or such. One has to request at front desk for these needed items. Not cool. While the room was nicely appointed, the carpet felt weird under bare feet, like it was not dry and clean. Instead it had a thin design that had made the sensation on my feet feel slick. The Grab-n-Go breakfast was disappointing. Granola bar, small muffin, coffee. I won't be booking another stay at this chain.
