The gentleman that checked us in was VERY PLEASANT!! Our room & the hotel was VERY clean!
The air conditioner was very loud & it rattled. The toilet always acted like is was going to flush.

The breakfast was definitely the highlight of the stay.
The carpet with holes. The shower ceiling falling in. the size of the suite. the amenities were unusable.

Zeer correcte ontvangst en afhandeling aan de receptie, zelfs een telefoontje van hun met de beleefde vraag of we tevreden waren over onze kamer en we hun altijd konden contacteren met vragen. De gebruikelijke kamer, netjes fris met goeie bedden. Vriendelijk personeel en goed ontbijt. Ruime parking vlakbij alles en tolvrij te bereiken.

a great hotel to stay 20 minutes from the beach great price clean 10 silence 10 great service
the receptionist kj very attentive and polite not to mention the cleaning lady Jenifer who besides being attentive has a great sense of humor I will definitely be back to stay here again.thank you to all the hotel employees.

The staff was very friendly
The pool was not available. Our water was shut off for several hours. Someone down the hall from our room was smoking marijuana and the smell gave me a migraine. Booking.com charged me $200 more than the hotel would have. I went through the hotels site to make my reservation and I was rerouted to booking.com.

The staff, especially Bryan was very friendly.
The bedroom floor was very sticky. It needs to be shampooed. Didn't like the menus;food was cold

Breakfast was good. Location was ideal for my needs. Desk clerk, Bryan was very helpful in answering my questions and went above my expectations to assist me with a minor problem. The Friday, 7/21, night clerk was very helpful as well but I don't remember her name.
There was a small amount of mildew on the caulking around the bathtub ledge. I also thought there should have been two separate clothes hanging bars in the wardrobe closet. These are minor details but I believe they're note worthy. I also thought the price was a bit high, but I haven't stayed in a hotel in a few years.

The breakfast was okay for the time that we were there. They provided a hot breakfast which was nice.
The Wi-Fi seemed to be a bit slow but it could also have been the application I was running.

The location was convenient for the event I attended. I enjoyed the breakfast and cookies in the evening. The rate was pretty reasonable.
I didn’t know that the property was pet-friendly until after I got there. I definitely would not have picked it otherwise. I have had a bad experience with pet-friendly hotels in the past.

At the Property there was a incline in the floor
that made it difficult walking.

The closeness of the location
Check in was a bit difficult for coming in late at night, got charged twice, no indoor pool and the rooms are quite small

I reported that that room 310 smiled like smoke and a dirty rag was left in the bedroom but they charged me
