The room I rented was “not smoking”, but it was full of smoke cigarettes :(, the AC was smelling of cigarette all the time. The cleaning it wasn’t good.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Pricing was good as well as where it’s located. Rooms were huge!

It definitely could be a little cleaner, and saw some roaches but to be honest it’s that time of year. The beds could be a little bit more comfortable as well.

The front desk attendant was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very polite...it was very quiet,had a nice Mexican restaurant conjoined. .. I will stay there again .no complaints on the establishment.

When I booked my room with booking.com . the room rate was advertised at $48..00 .So I processed to book the RM . Somehow the rate changed , before I could finish with my information.It went up to 79.99.with tax including...Then after I submitted I needed to get in touch with booking no way to talk to anyone just a chat.need to improve ways to communicate besides texting and chatting.some people can not use technology...

The price was under $50, the room was functional and roomy, the location is great for the Sports Center or the Convention Center.

I booked 2 nights. It said the check-in was before 9pm and I may have seen it but I didn't pay attention. My plane landed after 9pm and I called but there was no answer. When I got there in my Uber we could not find the front office (it is separate in a building that looks like an unrelated Chinese restaurant), and I had to find other accommodations that night. I returned the next day and the guy at the front desk claimed that after 9pm there was a sign on the door with a phone number I could have called -- perhaps it was different than the one listed with booking.com. I stayed only 1 night. Its an old hotel waiting to undergo renovations with only a few rooms in service that all open directly on the dilapidated parking lot.

False advertising no breakfast as was shown on the site restaurant didn't open until 11 and pool information was not disclose on the site as well WiFi couldn't reach to our room TV didn't work beds was not clean

Everything, the staff was rude, the rooms where filthy, the air conditioning didn’t work so it was hot all night long. I’ll never stay again.
