Sketchy outdoor surroundings, people hanging outside late late at night.

The location was a plus, Only a mile from the hospital .

The place was filthy. The walls were dirty, Dirty wash cloth hanging in the shower. the place needed vacumned, I reserved a Queen bed got a room with 2 full beds.

Room was gross, smell was terrible, front desk doesn’t know English, key card doesn’t work until you try it 10 times, beds sucked

Old place without great maintenance, bad smell of cigarettes at the room. Weird people entering and at the surrounding. Never going back. My advice: spend a bit more at the hotel next door

Breakfast was a joke. Like literally bread, cereal and waffles is all there is. Facility looked like it hadn't been maintained since the Winter Olympics in 2002. The room couldn't be dirtier. The lighting in the room wasn't anything like the pictures on booking.com.

Breakfast was filling and plentiful. The location was easy to get to. Check in and out was fast and convenient.

The beds were to stiff for my preference. The shower head was mounted too low.

the bed had a big lump couldn’t sleep on it. not to mention smelly sheets and horrible odor in the room.

Very run down, smelled like cigarette smoke, burn marks in the bedding, single glazed windows so could hear everything outside. Thin walls. Very dodgy part of town with questionable 'guests' wondering round the halls. We checked in, looked at our rooms and then checked out immediately. Felt unsafe and unclean. Do not stay here...

I didn't have breakfast cause I was there to have surgery.

The housekeeping was poor. I am getting nowhere about getting my deposit back.

Common areas are not clean (dirty carpets!), but personal room was.

Staff has harassed me when entering the hotel on day 2 of my trip, despite having/showing a valid access card to my room. I have every reason to believe it was racially motivated as my work colleagues did not get the same insisting treatment, and could go in and out without questions. No apology, no professionalism.
