My shower was barely warm every day and none of my USB ports worked for charging which was frustrating.

Rooms were nice and clean, staff was helpful and polite (except night front desk person Brandon), location was good

All other hotels on our trip had some form of complimentary breakfast. My booking paperwork stated that we would receive a breakfast for $10.00 which was interpreted by the manager as $10.00 off of the total bill of extremely inflated pricing. We ended up getting a pastry and a drink for around $12.00 which cost me $2.00 after my discount of $10.00 and then got breakfast somewhere else for a lot less money even with that discount. The people running that food service had no idea what they were doing regarding the discount or regarding serving food , although they were very polite.

Location is across the street from the Delta Center, which was perfect since we were attending a concert there during our stay.

The AC unit in our room didn’t seem to work properly. It was a little hard to sleep because it felt too warm in our room.

No Breakfast Buffet served for guests for such a nice upgraded hotel so we checked out and went to IHop 4min away. It was OK

Very beautiful facility

I felt very inconvenienced during out stay. Specifically chose this hotel for the indoor pool which was closed. We had to go next door, wait to get another card which was a hassle and the pool was outdoor in the heat and sun. The key cards worked after swiping them 5 or 6 times every time to enter our room and I was so over it.
