loved all the activities, the size of the rooms and the games, floats and toys provided around the resort. the fishing pier and kayaks were great.

pullout bed had the wrong sized mattress. it took two days to get the correct size brought to us. There were only two rolls of toilet paper provided in the room for a 6 night stay.

I loved the location. Not on the beach but you are on an inlet so not as crowded. Loved the amenities. Great restaurants in walking distance. Extremely quiet. Staff made me feel welcomed. The resort is gated and your still on the island! Shamar, the receptionist was so helpful. She made this the best trip ever. She made sure I was happy with my room location. Ensured I knew about the activities scheduled that weekend and made me feel so welcome. Customer service was amazing! I will be sure to make this a yearly trip.

Only have two MAJOR suggestions. !. the black gate needs a strip of white tap all the way across it. I nearly drove thru it the first time. 2. We are all in our 70s and the super LOW toilets are a serious problem for us. We nearly fell several times. You either need taller toilets of at least a grab bar on the wall to hold on to. Better lighting in the living room would be good
