The breakfast was awesome!! Super clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. The coffee machine that brews you a fresh cup of coffee 24 hours a day is a bonus. Really nice excersice room (didn't use it, but it's nice)
I didn't like that we didn't get to stay here long enough. We loved our stay here.

The rooms smelled like they used to be smoking rooms, and then someone just sprayed a bunch of chemicals to cover it up. It actually gave me a headache. I would suggest using natural organic products to get rid of the cigarette smell. The chemicals are awful. The sheets were also super scratchy. Honestly I feared getting bed bugs and could barely sleep

There was hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived, and the window above the A/C unit was dusty and had bird droppings on the outside

Breakfast was adequate. The location is unusual and would be better closer to the downtown area. It feels a bit isolated. All the staff were very helpful.
A better bread and cereal selection. The hotel is overdue for a spruce up, especially the hallways and lobby/dining area. Hold staff meetings on the dining area, not the thoroughfare through the lobby.

Room walls are not insulated very well. I could here the Guy in the next room peeing in the toilet several times during the night!

Breakfast was good. Location was good. Staff was great.
The bed was very worn, mattress had dips in the middle. Mattress needs to be rotated or replaced. Extremely hard to find a comfortable position to sleep. TV remote didn't work - had to go find batteries for it. Parking was difficult in the evening because of the party venue next door - those patrons filled the hotel parking lot.

Loud customers during the night off of lobby location. Awake much of the night.

Great overall. Quiet room for sleeping. Food wonderful. Staff just awesome.
Window shade let more light in than we are accustomed…no way for us to darken the morning light coming in. And the bed mattress was tired…noticed we were aware of “valleys” from many previous users.
