Breakfast was great. Location was not on main drag of Biloxi, I had to ask for directions at visitor center.

When I got my credit card statement , I discovered I had been charged twice for my room. Once by Booking .com and once by Hampton Inn. When I called Hampton they were helpful.

very nice large comfortable room for couple and our medium sized dog.

a little out of town so not much walking area for the dog

Carpet tiling in the room was dirty and A/C unit was loud

the property was right of the highway. and close to restaurants.

Room was not clean. It had a strange smell carpet was thread bare and not clean feeling , bath tub was rusted out in places and not clean floorin bathroom was not clean. Bed was terribly uncomfortable and the AC made a terrible noise all night not what I’m use to at Hampton inns I’ve visited before .

I loved the breakfast. It was awesome. The hotel is less than a 10 minute drive from the Ocean Spring beach and the casinos. When my air went out in my room, the staff immediately moved me so I wouldn't be hot and uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly and check in was swift. I will definitely stay here again.
