Hotel and rooms need updating. Looks very run down. Blackout blinds on the windows should be standard for an inner city hotel!!!

There was a prevalent mild odor throughout the property reminiscent of sewage.

Absolutely gorgeous historic building maintained in immaculate condition but with a full complement of modern conveniences seamlessly integrated with old fashioned features such as the fireplace, the bathtub, and even an infrared lamp in the bathroom.

beautiful hotel on the outside and nice room inside in a nice location of city but don’t use the halls or elevator!

I rarely fill these things out- way too lazy, but this place was pretty poor. There was clearly a sewer problem. It smelled. Bad. My girl and I took the stairs the rest of our visit (heads up stairs go through wedding area bars lol) because the elevator was like riding in a toilet. They knew it- lotsa candles lit. Our fireplace didn’t work, even after they sent for maintenance. Not a huge deal but that room was $350, in Rochester in October. Looked nice online and had a tub in the room. The tub was meh too- no jacuzzi jets, just a big tub in corner of the room?!?! No partial refund or anything after I let them know these things. I’d save the big money and avoid this place

Everything was excellent 👌 beautiful building and rooms. So much better than staying at a chain photocopy hotel.

Great location for exploring the Neighbourhood of the Arts. The historic Inn had a lot of charm. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing!

Some areas could use a little TLC - but it did not detract from the overall experience.

Hot water in shower was all over the place. Scalding or tepid.

Got Dobble charged then charged for smoking pot in the room in witch I never did I'm pissed 250 dollors for apparently smoking so stupid tried to have a romantic evening then all this Np

I love this property- downtown location , historic building, great employees, every room is unique- the bathroom mirror in 303 is fun- It turns you into a very thin cyclop!

Well, I’ve never been a fan of the brand of the coffee makers you have- I get the “convenience”, but the coffee is tired and they are so environmentally unfriendly.
