The staff was very nice and friendly and it was was a nice peaceful stay

Location location!!
I didn’t like my room. The window had water and it wasn’t even raining so I don’t know how to water in there. My ice tray container had mold inside the top.

Never seen a place that you couldn’t take your breakfast to your room to eat. Who wants to be crammed in there? Extremely mad that they were trying to clean room at 9:30 and tried twice before left. Worst of all they threw away a bunch of food I had and I don’t know what else before we were done with room. I went to room to do my last round look I always do and get the food to see that everything was gone and sheets and stuff piled up. This was at 10:30 with no keys turned back in. Check out is 11 and a 40 buck fee for late. What do I get but no response?

Close to a lot of places. Breakfast was amazing a real breakfast .. easy check in

We had to sleep in the car because when we arrived the doors were closed, we waited and no one was seen in the lobby or answered the phone until 6:00 am.

Location was excellent. Right beside the football stadium.
Elevator was a little scary. Toilet flushed slow.

The continental breakfast was the best breakfast at a hotel since the pandemic. The staff was the best of any hotel we ever stayed at.
The internet was terrible I had a hard time staying logged in and ordering dinner from Dominos. The room could have been bigger. The vending machine needs more change for people using cash.

Nothing much I can say to what I could have liked.
1. Didn't expect the location.
2. The hotel didn't have a decent smell.
3. Elevators was not working properly.
4. Couldn't control the TV because the remote was missing a battery.
5. No telephone in the room.
6. Once sat on one of the bed, it sounded broken already.
7. Couldn't lock the room with the latch.

The price that’s about it.
It was absolutely disgusting. We arrived at 9pm. Which should have been PLENTY of time to have a room ready. The lady at the front desk was very nice. Checked us in. When we entered our room it was completely dirty. Not even touched or cleaned at all. Ketchup packets on the bed. Trash full. Beds not made. Like previous guests had just ran out.
My family with two small tired children had to wait in the lobby while she went floor to floor to check which rooms were clean. Absolutely unacceptable.
I would rate this a zero if I was able to.

The staff was exceptional! Every staff member I interacted with was exemplary. Eugene especially made our stay. Comfortable bed.
Property is run down. wallpaper peeling off walls, carpet snagged, stained and dirty. Room smelled bad.

The staff members were so friendly!! We felt so welcomed. The breakfast was our favorite, it was a full continental set up!
The ice maker was not working on our floor and the A/C unit was loud, but overall it was a great visit.

Over all good experience, easy to get taxi to go and come back. Not very far from air port. Breakfast was moderate. Very good internet connection

My Overall rating For this Property is 8/10 as it misses nearby market approach adneasy avalability of TAXI and Local transport.

The hotel provides hot beverages all day and there is a place to keep your luggage after checking out. The staff were helpful.
The wifi availability was probably less than 50%. Though the location is close to a MARTA bus stop, the stop did not have many buses plying it.

the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. it was very quiet and private. the breakfast was always fresh, with good options.
it was a little far out of town. it was easy to reach by car since it’s close to the highway, but my friend and I decided to walk to atlanta downtown and the area wasn’t that nice. but that’s not a big minus.
