Parking was available, and the location was easy to find.

The bathroom was not updated at all. The carpets were not updated. My linen on both beds was dirty, and so was the night stand.

absolutely nothing worst hotel I’ve ever tried staying at we didn’t even stay we left

we didn’t even stay we left there was moldy food in the fridge the linens were dirty and gross the pull out bed didn’t even have linens just opening the door and walking in the smell made us all want to puke.

I liked the location and that it was able to fit all of my friends in the one room

It was expensive and the front desk lady that checked us in was very very rude, she didn’t even tell us when checkout was. Also I was quoted a price and it was more then I had

I found a candy wrapper by my nightstand. Our room view was the top of a building and a parking garage. Hotel bar wasn't open, we stayed on a Saturday night.

staff was really kind, friendly and helpful. I loved that we were in the same building as the 3rd street market … didn’t get to swim but that was be cause we didn’t have time… the view from our room was the only thing that wasn’t great.

Towels amd bathroom gross

The breakfast was excellent. Good quality and tasty

The pool water was dirty( hair, etc..) pool chemicals were off and water was cloudy and not maintained well. There were multiple complaints from guest on numerous floors complaint of people smoking weed and cigarettes. On floor 3 and 2 it was awful. Staff would not address the problem. They said they will just charge whomever was in that room. So the rest of us on the hotel had to deal with the pot and cigarette smoke since courtyard marriot staff would not even enforce their own no smoking policy. Also, our room had previous guests pubic hair and teeth flossers near out toilet in our room. Front desk staff said they would send someone uo to clean our room. Again Marriot staff failed again and never sent anyone up to clean. After I complained about the smoke. The front desk offered to change our rooms, however, the only room that would work for my family was on the same 3rd floor were the marriot was allowing guest to smoke in.
