Every staff member we encountered seemed genuinely committed to making our visit exceptional. That, combined with the clean and well cared for facility, made our brief stay one we will long remember.

The property is beautiful and the staff was amazing.

I did not like that online it gave me a total amount including tax and when I arrived the amount was about $300 more.

The employees were the most friendly that we have ever seen at a hotel. Every employee from the valet to the desk people to the maids to the breakfast helpers were all super friendly.

Fitness center could use some maintenance for AC. The club next door was quite loud throughout the night and it could be easily heard.

I liked the kitchen but it had no oven only stove top.

Reviews were miss leading!! The bed and pillows have no comfort flat and hard. Bedding was also stained. Both sink and shower wouldn’t drain properly. Also no cleaning services daily unless asked. Even when I did they didn’t come for a lite cleaning. Location surrounding area have homeless everywhere. Forced to pay $40 valet parking per night plus tax. Website said $30 per night. Breakfast didn’t have a variety of products to fit a vegetarian or anti pork diet. All bread and cereal. Eggs and pork bacon. Very limited for such a large hotel.

Hotel location was perfect for my birthday weekend. It was close the venue. And very close to the river walk. The staff especially the the parking attendances were awesome. Breakfast was fine. I'm a vegan so it wasn't much to choose from. But the fruit was good. I loved that the oatmeal was prepared with water instead of milk.

Not enough vegan options for breakfast. Please consider getting planet based milks and eggs.

The staff was nice and professional. The location was great as it was near the Alamo, a shopping center, and the river walk.

I was over charged compared to the price I booked the room at online (I am still trying to resolve this). The sink experienced a back flow. There was residual trash on the floor and in the trash can from the previous tenants.

One of the employees lend us their stroller because we forgot it. super helpful. the manager even took my sister to the doctor and picked her up.
