Only the location. Close to where we needed to be

We booked 2 rooms close together, weeks in advance.Did not even get rooms in the same buildings and clerk was not even apologetic. He acted as if i was asking for something inappropriate. The hallways smelled bad, both rooms smelled even worse. The sheets were stained and the shower uncleaned. The smell was almost too much to handle.

convenient off the Highway

the bathroom was dirty, the furniture was dusty, the tv wasn’t working right and they argued with us-it took a whole day for them to switch it out. Also, we requested fresh towels as the cleaning staff was on our floor - told her what our room number was - she said she would switch them out but she never did. then the clerk in the evening (when we stopped at the desk) made us go back to our room, grab the dirty towels, bring them back before he would give us fresh towels. very frustrating. it was also VERY noisy there - the main door kept slamming shut - hard to get enough sleep

Clean room

All the supplies weren't there.

They don't actually have breakfast. It is actually Granola Bars, muffins, coffee, hot chocolate, and tea.

There's a gentleman who works the desk at night and is not very hospitable.

the door card kept demagnetizing. the breakfast options were poor.

Clean and cozy hotel. We were a little confused by the negative reviews, but in fact everything turned out well. We didn't see any stains on the walls or sheets. The carpet is clean, the bathroom is clean. The staff is friendly. We liked it.

I was confused by the hotel's rule that dishes and kitchen utensils should be asked from the staff, although the room is equipped with an excellent kitchen.

Comfort and location was phenomenal

Seems like paper thin walls as you can hear sounds coming from other rooms.
