Bad view of garbage and no breakfast

It was a very nice stay. The beds were quite comfortable. It would have been nice if breakfast were included. Overall, it was nice stay.

We did not receive the room we had requested through your website. We had to make a less than desired room choice. The room was far down the hallway from the elevator(we are seniors). The bathroom did not possess a magnified makeup mirror near the sink. In previous stays, the bath had this feature.
The TV located in the bedroom kept losing the satellite signal during telecast.
Last, but equally important - there were NO Luggage Carts anywhere to be found! All the sports families kept the carts in their rooms - for their children's equipment!!

The hotel was great and having Bennigans attached for dining options was nice. As was their “death by chocolate martini” 😃. The only issue we had was having no shower curtain which the front of house staff remedied when we notified them. The pool was clean and having rinse off showers in the area was convenient.

Its was pretty good. The housekeeper opened our door and walked in our room at 9 and woke us up. Please tell them to not do this. It was very uncomfortable.

Only complaint was shower head only trickled water from 3 sprouts and noise at 2:00 am from party woke me up.

Stay here annually. Generally great but this time on 3 day stay i dont think a single staff member even said hello. Noticeable since usaullt exceptional and friendly service.

Check in was friendly and efficient. Queen suite was just perfect for us and our two grandchildren. Dinner at Bennigan’s was very nice. Our server (Eddy?) was great and very nice to the kids. Thanks.

Conveniently located. Easy check in/out process. Pool area was clean and water temperature was comfortable. Nice room aside from the pull out sofa. Would visit again.

Older hotel, rooms are a bit run down. Our mattress was like a sinkhole. Bathroom sink had very little water pressure, and the A/C wasn’t very effective - the room air felt like a cool wet towel.

Overall a very good visit. The One issue I had was that the breakfast provided for an extra $14 is bad. I’ve had much better for free with other chain hotels. With this hotel one of the more expensive in the area and they still charge for a substandard breakfast? Not nice. With Bennigans connected to the hotel I expected better. The fruit was not ripe, the biscuit gravy was terrible, the eggs barely warm. No waffles available but were advertised. You can get a better and cheaper breakfast elsewhere.

Convenient stay needs updating for the price you pay a night. Old carpet, old style rooms, outlets didnt work, and a few lights didnt work. Could have just been our room i guess too.

The hotel was great but the reason we picked ut was fir the pool and hot tub and the hot tub was not working we should have been told that in the listing we would have went somewhere else
