Room infested with nats, small bugs. Room had a terrible extreme oder like a perfume or something. Got in late and both woke up with major headache from it. Found long hairs on sheets under covers. Spoke with attendant lady with no help. Have been calling to speak to a manager. Will not be in all weekend.

The complimentary water was appreciated in the lobby.
We booked for a room with two queens. Our first night we got a king with no sofa. The next day the best they could do was a king with a sofa. No price adjustment for the inconvenience. No extra bedding. Trash was never emptied for the three nights we stayed there. Towels never replaced even though we asked multiple times. The bathroom was falling apart. The housekeeping staff was rude and inconvenienced when asked for assistance.

I liked the location because it was definitely in quick transit from the hospital where I was visiting. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
The only thing I wasn't pleased with was that I left the rom for a couple of hours and upon returning; room service had already gone in and partially cleaned the room. The trash that needed to be discarded was left (food boxes), but my bags that I needed were thrown out. The bags were by no means anything expensive, but nevertheless I wanted them. I was a little disappointed because I thought room service didn't enter one's room until after checking out. Other then this incident, everything was lovely and I would definitely stay again.

I expected better quality from a Marriott, that was the reason I selected this hotel among the other hotels in the area.
Out door area and pool were not to the standards of this franchise.

The staff that we interacted with were professional and nice. Lobby was nice, but no restaurant no where to get sodas, water. Should at the very least provide bottled water.
I can’t believe the property is run under the Marriott brand. Very disappointing. Listed that there was a restaurant, no restaurant and no where to buy food or drinks not even a vending machine. The “market” next to the front desk was practically empty. The pool was full of leaves, the ice machine was broken. There was a cleaning cart left in the hall next to our room the whole time we were there. The TV was maybe 27 inches. Very outdated. The locks on the door were loose also the outlets. Plugged my phone in all night but never charged because of the loose outlet. There is a shuttle from the airport, but not 24 hours so had to pay for a shuttle service because we had an early flight.

It’s outdated and smelled in the elevator. No microwave in the room! Carpet was stained. Leftover things in the fridge… I wouldn’t go back!

We found Mold in ceiling, around base near faucet and on shower curtain in bathroom shower. I complained to front desk and they refunded 1 night room charge back to my credit card.
Front Desk was extremely helpful in putting us in a different room.
Hotel was run down and in much need of a make over. Not very clean. Expensive for breakfast with very limited food options. Carpeting in hallways and elevator was very run down and old, so n need of vacuuming. Hotel says NO smoking in rooms yet our 1st room smelled awful of cigarette smoke. Beds were very uncomfortable. Pillows were not comfortable and very old and not firm at all.

The location was good.
Our first room 235, had ants all on the bathroom sink and door. The shower wouldn’t drain water very either so first and residue stayed after it finally did drain. Got swapped to 228 no ants but shower still wouldn’t drain properly. The staff was very nice and great at their job, just kind of a rundown place which is not there fault that is cooperate.

Staff was excellent at the front desk and housekeeping as well. Very courteous and helpful with ideas for your stay. Glad we chose this motel/hotel!!
Breakfast items were very limited and person in breakfast area wasn't very attentive and seemed bothered we were asking questions.
Smells in the elevator. Not sure what that was because they laid new carpet while we were here and it still has a weird smell inside.
The mattress was a little bumpy and may need replaced and/or flipped.

It was close to the airport.
I accidentally left a pair of gold earrings. I called 1 hour after I left and was told they had my earrings. I returned twice to try and pick them up. Each time I was told they were in the safe and no one could get them out. I even spoke to the manager about it before coming to get the earrings and was told they would be ready for me to pick up. At this point I am pretty sure someone stole them. Also our shower was full of mold.

The room was dirty people had stuff in it from the ones before that stayed in it..no rooms when I got there at 7pm it was over priced no breakfast .no towels this was horrible.Had to pay for a deposit still haven't received it aldo she was refunding half of my stay due to the condition of the room an the unnecessary wait at 7pm for the room..5 hours we waited .this is so unheard of an the room was horrible no breakfast for 441.81 couldn't even get coffee

The hotel advertised a pool but nowhere was it mentioned that it was seasonal. The pool was closed the entire stay in 80° sunny weather conditions. the first room we were put in the shower didn’t work and we were moved the first night. that same first night at 10:30PM the front desk employee that relocated us tried to get into our room over and over causing the door to slam waking us up. When I went to the door she didn’t remember that she had moved us. She must have tried to get into the room 10+ times. Then the next morning that shower didn’t work in that room so we were once again relocated. Then when asking the hotel about early check out policy and if we would be charged the women at the front desk at no answers and told me to call booking, I then sat on the phone for 30+ minutes for booking to tell me it would be the hotel that would have to help me. Every room we were in was falling apart. There was no trash bags in any trash cans which I found to be very unsanitary. The hotel also advertised the breakfast and bar available everyday and it was closed. Overall it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I will never stay there again.

Lost our reservations, charged $15 for a $7 breakfast. Only 1/2 cable TV channels worked. Ice machine was broke on our floor.
