the pool needed cleaning and no one ever ask about our stay. didn’t smile or acknowledge us being there

the lady running it was mean to me I canceled & she took my money

When I arrived the room had a broken toilet and I had to be moved to a new room then I was promised a refund for my deposit and never received it

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was good and hot. Overall I will be returning and recommending!!!

The front desk staff was rude breakfast was awfull first 3mornimgs breakfast was old never any new food was put out asked for a disability shower chair was told no was told no to a 12oclock check out was looked at like we were 3rd class people will never go back we usually stay there about 3times a year never again

the fact that the place is mostly full of construction workers and we have to be at work at 7 am or earlier and part of the draw to this place is the breakfast but we never get to try it because the hotel doesn’t serve it till 6:30 so basically it’s a free breakfast for about four people. seems like you would want to make it available for the people that give you the constant business

towels, wash clothes and sheets had stains on them.

Very minimum selection - coffee was lukewarm one morning. Eggs and sausage were good.

Would have liked real oatmeal- not instant packages.

Staff was friendly and the lobby was beautiful. I loved that all the rooms opened to inside of the lobby. Great location with many places to choose from to eat.

The pool!! It was opened and we were all VERY excited to go swimming. I had to go out and buy a swim suite as I forgot mine. However when we got down to the pool, we were very disappointed. It looked like it had not been cleaned in months which this did surprised me seeing how the rest of the hotel was clean. I did notice every time I walked by thy lobby, the night staff was sitting around doing nothing but being on their phone. The water had a green tint to it and there was so much black build up on the sides of the pool that someone wrote their name in it. That's how bad it was. We walked into the pool, never went under and walked ou! It was also very cold for being a heated pool.

Breakfast was great, good selection of items for my picky kids. Room was clean for the most part and very comfortable.

The pool wasn't full enough to even reach the skimmer and was a little smaller than we expected. In the room, the binder with information had sticky, dried food stuck on to the back cover. And the coffee maker was missing the basket for the grounds.

neede to call maintenance in middle of night - someone came to assist but not a a great job . bathroom wasn’t cleaned the following morning just new towels

Friendly Staff, clean rooms, great location

The pool was green and freezing. I just dipped my feet in since it was green, but way too cold. Other family did get in, the green was stains on the pool. It just needs to be scrubbed good.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was a nice size.

Seemed like they were always out of coffee. They didn’t keep up on replenishing things at breakfast. Exercise room was small and no air condition. The toilet didn’t always fill up and that was a pain.
