That it had 3 beds.

I didn’t like that the room is falsely advertised. There were no bedding for sleeper sofa. There was no pots, pans, cooking utensils, toaster, cups, plates, etc. I had to go to office to get dishes and was only given one pot, pan, spoon and one knife. There was only a small amount of toilet paper on the roll Friday when we checked in after the room just had gotten cleaned. When asked for toilet paper, we were told it will be sent up but it never did so we had to use the box of Kleenex tissue that was in bathroom. That was very much unacceptable, we always were told the hotel was short staffed, but there were workers sitting in office with manager talking and listening to music, singing.

I was there 8 days and no housekeeping. Had to go to the office and ask for dishes, silverware, towells, toilet paper, shampoo and soap. The building my room was in the hallways A/C either didn't work or wasn't there. There were people outside the door to the building smoking and everyone had to walk through that nasty smelling smoke. When I was checking in the receptionist asked why I was there. That is none of anyone's business. The wifi was super slow. The washer and dryers were expensive and old/worn out.

The breakfast was the worst part. It could not be called breakfast. Coffee and packaged muffins are not breakfast. It was also a hassle to have to ask and bring everything we needed to cook and clean (pots, utensils, toaster, etc.) to prepare our own food.

Very poorly maintained. The odor in hall and rooms was awful. No dishes in room - had to request everything - such a pain. Towels were the thinnest things I've ever seen. Sketchy area at best. People partying in parking lot all night.

the room didn’t have outlets to charge my phone. I had to go to my car and charge it.

it’s clean, have a kitchen to cook, stove, refrigerator television living room furniture, makes me feel like home. I just move from another state and relocated here, and is in process of finding a house. I have a realtor working with me to finalize the process. Hopefully, will be out soon because it’s costing me a lot to stay here, it’s now 3 weeks already being here. I like it here. the price is reasonable. the longer I stay the more it cost me

noises coming from the upstairs children’s playing and running around upstairs

I loved my room bc of privacy, comfort, and coziness. I did not like how weak the showerhead was. But the kitchen and the dedicated workspace was VERY appreciated. The staff was just awesome! Parking was great and the location is great.

The showerhead was weak and there is only one washer available as the other has been out of order for days now. There should be two laundry facilities, one for each floor, at least.
