I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking I was told that my parking would be waved for signing up for rewards program and later to find out that my credit card was charged anyways.

Clean and beautiful room loved our connecting rooms.

Pillows were too soft

Room was very good. Lay out was perfect. Very efficient use of space. Breakfast was okay. Courteous staff, but bacon was too greasy and eggs needed to be more dry.

It was all good. Better understanding of the M club and offerings. In general it was a Superb hotel! Thank you. We have no complaints…very grateful.

I haven’t received my $100 back yet. They added another payment to my stay just in case if anything bad happens to the room. It still says pending but only $81 ! I really don’t understand what’s going on. However, our check- in was on March 24 until the 26… and it’s April 16 and I still haven’t received my money back.

Air-condition is very bad . The location of the vents is at the far end of the room

it was very modern and clean. it had a great elevator that made it easy to get to the room.

I had to pay for parking and the breakfast was not free.
