the facility was nice

the staff was terrible. untrained and unprofessional. they did not care about customer service . worst hotel stay of my life you should refund my money in full. the first 63 minutes i waited in line to check in after a 6 hour drive

The bed was insanely comfortable. And having a balcony was super nice.

I wasn't a fan of being shamed multiple times for booking through a third party, it was also a hassle to check in, it took more than a half hour standing at the desk waiting for them to figure out how to get the payment figured out. I also didn't appreciate the staff being rude to each other.

This used to be a Marriott. This is not to the standard that a Marriott is. Disappointed in the appearance, the friendliness of the staff and the amenities available. Will probably not stay here again.

The staff inside of the hotel were all friendly

No hot tub to use, no sign that the hot tub was not working, no microwave in the room, no roll away luggage carriers over three days available to use, housekeeping every 4 days according to the person online that responded to me, nothing family friendly in the establishment. The online operator replied to my concerns as though I was making these concerns up.

Staff was friendly and it was located close to everything we needed. Easy to get to.

They advertised having a crib and a pool and when we got there they did not have any cribs or pack n plays and there pool was unable to be used.

Didn’t end up staying so have no likes to write about.

I would not recommend booking a room at Sonesta! The manager refuses a refund if you are not satisfied and decide not to stay. The online advertising for the rooms at Sonesta state in the heading that some rooms have tubs and some room headings don’t mention a tub. Because of this we assumed the ones that stated tubs would be jacuzzi tubs. When I entered the room and found no tub I went directly to the front desk and asked the clerk if they had any rooms with jacuzzi’s and why the online add stated tub in the heading…confusing us. She said they did not have any rooms with jacuzzi’s and another person had just complained about that as well…so I promptly booked a jacuzzi room with a different motel. When I asked for a refund the clerk said she could not give me refund, so I asked to talk to the manager…she said she was not available. I called the following Monday and left a message. I never heard back so finally resorted to email, to find out that the manager would refuse to refund me as well!

I got charged more money for no reason called them and won’t return my money back called my bank and they say it’s the hotel who need to return my money.

property seemed new. staff friendly. rooms were small but adequate.

no free coffee except for coffee maker in room.

hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful; the room was very clean; the bed was wonderful to sleep on

hot tub was closed - really had counted on being able to use that with my severe arthritis and travelling; no microwave in the room was problematic. at was also unexpected
