Close to Disneyland and clean room

エンジェルススタジアムに徒歩で行けるくらい近く便利だった。フリー朝食が充実していて美味しかった。

ベッドは快適だったが、ソファーベッドも利用したが、スプリングが伸び切っていたのは仕方ないことかもしれないが、残念だった。

The location of this hotel was perfect for us! It is in a nice area of town, near restaurants and a gas station, and within walking distance of the Anaheim Angel Baseball Stadium.

We had a handicapped room, even though we didn’t need it. Therefore, the bathroom had a tiny sink with no counter space. Also did not like to placement of the full-length mirror in the bathroom-right in front of the toilet.

Breakfast was good, free coffee all day was great. Place was located within walking distance to the train station and a bus ride to Disneyland. Restaurants were within walking distance.

The room smelled like damp, but we arrived late and went out straight to Disney so didn’t bother complaining. There were no supermarkets within walking distance so the kitchen was redundant for us as we had came via public transport.

Proximity to Honda Center. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette.

The check in process. We arrived on time for check in and they said they were behind and would have the room ready in about 15-20 minutes. We kindly understood and sat in the lobby. Others trickled in and were being assisted, being sent to rooms. Our 20 minutes passed and they said they’d be right with us. More people came it, it was pretty busy, so I get that. However we were there before all the people that arrived after us that got their room key and were able to go to a room. It’s like they were avoiding us, we were visibly waiting and it wasn’t until my husband interrupted the staff, while they were assisting another patron,that they told us to ‘cut in line’ to be assisted. That was an hour after we arrived! Again, we showed up on time and before the slew of people that came to check in and we were dismissed. If they were fully booked and anticipated heavy traffic during their check in time, they should have prepared with more staff, that’s business 101.

Where to begin? 1. We had a late night/early am arrival after a very long drive… nobody at the desk to get us checked in. No worries…there was an after hours number posted. I called this number 3 times before getting frustrated at no answer, went to pull up Booking.com in my calls list and noticed that the number posted was the wrong number! I had the hotel in my calls list since I’d called the day before about my reservation! When I mentioned this to the man that then promptly answered, he argued with me & told me he just heard the phone ring! 2. The hotel was palpably damp & musty the moment you walked in. It smelled & felt gross just being there. 3. The cleaning was subpar of the room we were given…the sheets on the pull out had been used, there was a thick nasty ring of hair & soap scum under the tub plug that would pop out when water running, no tp and minimal towels in the room 4. There was an upside down mounted exit sign on the ground floor - so basically if a fire would have pointed to a dead end hallway in the smoke. 5. There was a bag of condoms with a vulgar message left by a bench outside that remained there for the 2 days of our stay…obviously nobody patrols the grounds or picks up. 6. The pool was dirty I’ll stop here…you get the point

Poor breakfast. No laundry service.
