The staff was amazing. They were sold out all weekend for Taylor Swift but let us check in early. Gave us great advice on local places to eat, etc. Checked in with us each time we were in the lobby. A very enjoyable stay.

confusing way to leave property.

location of hotel makes it difficult to find the entrance into the parking lot. one way Street so if you miss it you have to drive around and try again. frustrating plus you Can’t see courtyard building and signage very easily.

We booked a room with a king size bed. They insisted it was a king size bed, but it was a queen bed. That was disappointing

Clean and good location for a tour in NYC coming from Upstate NY

Manager wouldn’t accept a passport to check in and only want a driver’s license. I explained I lost my purse with my wallet but they weren’t very accomodating. I ended up changing the name for the booking so my companion can show his license and check in. It took us almost 2 hrs to check in

From cleanliness, to comfort and staff service; easy accessibility and plenty of parking, friendly staff, all was excellent.

I was surprised that a continental breakfast was not includes. Most hotels in the price range offer some sort of breakfast. It was disappointing that this one does not.
