Il faisait froid dans la chambre et après avoir demandé des couvertures supplémentaires à l’hôtesse, on a appris par cette même personne qu’en effet il y avait un souci de chauffage dans cette chambre. Super quand on paie à plus de 200€ la nuit. C’est vrai que dans le New Jersey en plein mois de décembre avec 7 degrés dehors le chauffage c’est optionnel pour les clients!

Beds very uncomfortable, and room control, getting out of the hotel parking lot was bad.

Everything was comfortable & clean.

Wish kitchenette area had microwave in room. Bathroom very small. It would be nice if breakfast meat was other options besides "pork".

the bed linen and towels were very clean and the bed was great. About the accommodation, a simple place. Breakfast was great. polite staff and hassle-free check in.

I didn't find the location favorable. The restaurant in the lobby should have more food options.

The staff working here is exceptional. They are caring, thoughtful and professional. Very responsive to my needs.

The mattress was really worn out. I would have preferred one that was not so used. It also had an odor that was unpleasant. The staff did a really good job each day when making my bed - they must have noticed the unpleasant odor - they sprinkled some light scented oil on the bed which was delightful for a while but the odor did break through eventually each night.

Think breakfast was adequate although it was usually the same spread every day. My recommendation would be to change things up completely and or introduce a new dish here and there for guests. As the saying goes, "variety is the spice of life".

Large queues for breakfast as all guests had bf included in their stay. Might want to rethink how that works. Queues were a bit of a turnoff for me and I went to breakfast at 7am every day and no matter the day there was a line of people waiting to eat.

I like that the property was in a great location and no too far from American Dream water park. The hotel also great breakfast and no noise complaints

The rooms and bathroom could have been cleaned better. There was hair everywhere on the bed, stains on the sheets and lent all over the bed and pull out bed. When trying to use towels after the shower it was a bunch of hair stuck to towels and wash cloths. The bathroom looked to have some mold around the shower corners. Bathroom should be renovated.

The location is excellent, I was able to reach all major highways very easily and it is very close to my favorite cities.

It was clean and the staff was nice, very helpful.

No kitchen area, only a mini fridge and a small sink, no stove, only one chair at the table. Not family-friendly, room was more for business purposes.

Didn’t appreciate the every day repeat breakfast menu that breakfast became boring, to say the least.

They had disgusting bed bug as soon as I walked in put bags down and sat on the bed and bed bug was on the comforter.

Only thing worse than a bad hotel is a bad hotel pretending to be a good one. If the price was lower you expect less, but when you pay more and get crap- it’s crockery. Bed was so hard and so uncomfortable including flatter pillows than a hospital I couldn’t even sleep and when I tried to nicely ask to move, the customer service rep refused to help, refused to move me, denied discomfort, and then hung up. I was then forced to stack up 5 comforters and blankets (per my own request) for bed support that btw they made me go get myself downstairs but whatever, and that didn’t even help the discomfort. In the middle of early morning hours either a housekeeper (or a rapist) barged through my door and then shut it after seeing I was in there. (it was locked so I am assuming they had a key) And there were a few stains found on blankets. All in all, it was the the doorknob bed and bad customer service that threw me. And i NEVER complain.. and i am still leaving a few things out if you wanna go there. I left feeling shameful I had to pay them, which clearly was way too expensive for its kind.
