Roaches and tv wa broken

I’ve stayed here repeatedly over the years. Great location and great staff. Excellent having food and drink on site.

Nothing.

The view.

Tv was not operating properly. Breakfast understaffed with long wait. Even coffee station was not maintained. Had to pay extra to park in the hotel lot.

The room had a great view of the river and the hotel was airy, clean, and modern. The shuttle to Downtown Charleston was convenient and the driver was friendly and informative.

The Wifi did not work.

Location

The refrigerator didn’t work, for the money there shouldn’t have been holes behind the commode, there were seams coming apart in the ceiling and the balcony was really small. The pillows were awful

Nous avions une chambre avec double vue hyper agréable + l’emplacement, le fait que ce ne soit pas en centre ville et qu’en plus il y ait une navette gratuite pour y aller, quand vous rentrez en fin de journée c’est agreable+ le balcon même s’il était vraiment pas large, il avait le mérite d’être là

Une Clim dans la chambre tellement bruyante que nous devions l’éteindre la nuit pour dormir, un coin restaurant / bar impersonnel et froid et une salle de bain avec toilettes et douche dans la même pièce et lavabo séparé dans un espèce de couloir. L’hôtel n’étant pas dans le centre ville c’est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas un resto et un bar cosy pour le soir. Très belle vue mais ponts de chaque côté de cette vue avec de la circulation

Fijne kamer, prima ontbijt en fijne shuttledienst naar het centrum van de stad.

Personeel bij het restaurant was wat traag, maar misschien had dit ook met de omstandigheden te naken. Iedereen in het hotel zat daar vast ivm orkaan/ tropische storm Debby

The hotel amenities are nice and well maintained. The shuttle that was available to take is to town every half hr. I like the view to the harbor and I loved the spacious lounge area. The room was very spacious.

The AC was loud.
