The breakfast was decent, but the area near Columbus is less than desirable. The manners of the staff wouldn't keep a business alive for long back home.

Looked very nice in the lobby.
Was told my room would have a couch, it didn’t. They wouldn’t help in any way with that. Then the room I was stuck with had damage to the walls and the plug in cover was broken.
Room wasn’t very sound proof you could hear everything from the hallway.
Didn’t have a microwave.
Didn’t have an ironing board with iron.
Beds wasn’t comfortable and the pillows was worse than the beds.

All staff were very friendly! Property was clean and the food at the bistro was delicious!

There were stains on the couch and ottoman, the TV only had 4 working channels and they didn’t always work and the fan on the heater was extremely loud

Started too late...Was there for volleyball tournament and breakfast didn't start until 7. We had to leave before then.
No coffee in the lobby. For people traveling it would be nice to have a cup before leaving. The hours for Starbucks were crazy. We were told they open at 5am. We went and was told it opens at 5pm instead but someone else said 7am.

The staff members at the front desk who checked us in were very polite and friendly. They were helpful and professional. The hotel was in a safe and convenient location and was not noisy, despite being close to the airport. Our room was clean. The housekeeping staff was very kind as well.
The air conditioning in our room did not work. We set the air conditioning to 62° because the room was burning up when we arrived, but no cool air came out of the vents. The thermostat read that our room was 77° from the time we got there, 11 pm, until 11 am the next morning. The thermostat showed that the air conditioning was on and the fan was constantly on, but it never cooled down. Because of this, it was very difficult to fall asleep and was very uncomfortable.

Great value for money comparing to other hotels in Columbus Airport area and generally in Columbus. However, as I heard there are other not modernized old rooms, so be careful and mindful about that. New rooms are nice, spacious, clean and modern with big TV, comfortable bed and nice decor.
I just spent 10 hours so really didn't try everything. Coffee machine was broken in Starbucks close to the reception.

I had to wipe down the room / extra sheets blanket and pillow were stuffed in bag as though they had been used then put back into bag. ..
