Rude workers Room was dirty Hall has a musty smell Pool dirty

It was a great with how close to my business meeting location it was.

The room was not swept, the microwave didn’t work, we picked up dirty tissues off the floor by the one bed and behind the trash can. The trash can out near the TV still had chewing gum stuck to the bag so it wasn’t changed it was only emptied. The bed sheet on the one queen bed had holes in it.

Extremely clean! We try to locate a Comfort Suites in every city when we need to stay out of town, they’re always clean and that’s a MUST for us.

Room was very comfortable.

The hotel was quite nice, welcoming and efficient. Our room was terrific: comfortable and spacious. This was a last minute change in schedule for us due to an impending blizzard. The staff was pleasant but not always available, - even after ringing for them when we checked out. No big deal, tho I prefer to get my receipt at time of check-out. Though conveniently close to the airport, dining options were not "right there" as we had hoped. Just some smaller venues clearly focused on take-out. But options available of that kind of venue.
