We liked the yoga very much. The yoga teacher was excellent. The doormen were very personable and the wait/beach staff were terrific. The concierges were quite helpful. The spa ladies were great and we got a beautiful conditioning treatment from a lady that was very professional and thorough. The house car drivers were very thoughtful and pointed out good areas to go.The two front-of-house ladies on the breakfast shift were gracious and welcoming—one was very young and the other had long dark straight hair in a pony tail. The cleaning ladies did a great job on our room.

The yoga might have been better on a non-sandy area as it is hard to balance in sand with out a mat.

The hotel is more like a souped up holiday inn than what I expect to see when going to a four seasons. This hotel is diluting the brand. Location is not ideal for palm beach.

Bed was like a cloud, spa had every Amenity possibly, the food was delicious, the service was unlike any I’ve ever experienced before.

It was extremely expensive
