The 330am fire alarm from a homeless person getting inside the hotel & pulling the alarm

The food was fantastic! The staff very friendly and the Hotel was beautiful, modern, and very clean. It was a wonderful experience.

The only thing that was surprising was there wasn’t an ability to sign into Netflix on the TV in my room,. Most Marriott’s have that option.

I requested for room service I stated I will let them know when from 6-29 -7-5-22 I had no room service they enter my room without my permission I could speak with them cause she was overwhelmed with arrivals I waited called on phone from my room on my cell needed extra day it only to sleep and storage items change clothes for family funeral Trust was gone when I knew they enter with sign outside saying not too I search my items to make sure nothing was missing room card stop working 3xs when I worried cause lay stated it wouldn't let make me another card finally did not happy

Just coffee and a scone, it was as expected.

a little loud, both from outside sources and the HVAC unit, which went on/off too frequently.

noisy bathroom fan, sink located outside the bathroom, thin plastic toilet seat.
